Never had a problem with three... ever.

Work in London, live in Kent, always get 4G and when I have contacted their customer service they have always helped me out massively.

Everyone has negatives to say about every network, but I can't complain at all about Three.
Recently took the EE 25gb for £12 after cashback after being with 3 for a good few years.

Honestly 100gb is way overkill for me. I won't use that much anyway but 3 is absolutely rubbish.

Customer service can't fix anything, very arrogant and have no negotiation skills to help the customer out. I've had loads of issues including my data being cut off about 4 times last year for about 6 hours each and they literally told me to deal with it or leave if I wanted to since I was out of contract

EE - had a few questions about my plan, extremely helpful customer service reps who actually understand your query. And 4G speeds are about 200mb down best, about 150mb average and lowest is 75mb.

Heat given cos it's a good deal regardless, but never going back to 3. Absolute idiots running the business

Can achieve unlimited everything for £19 off the peg via £3/m priceplan change from £16/m 30GB plan, or around £10/£11 if you just want unlim/AYCE data and are comfortable with webchat hotukdeals.com/com…335

Realistic possibility Three may dangle carrot of reducing the £19 monthly price if you attempt to cancel. Saves having another credit check on your credit file if you were thinking of re-ordering. Or if unlim 4G data is the true goal and you're not fussed over mins, run with cancel and go the £10-£11/m route hotukdeals.com/com…335

Can you please check the link? Unlimited data for £11 sounds amazing. Can it be used in a router?

Think the (now dead) link is a victim of the 11/12 Jan HUKD site crash. May still be accessible via web cache. Will check.

Link functional at time of this post; you're looking for the 3rd paragraph starting "So this got me thinking" at hotukdeals.com/com…335. Yes, can be used in a router.
Thanks for this. I'm not with three. I can try with the cheapest possible plan still in the cooling period and follow your example. Or could I just try with them with the free 200mb sim which I have unopened in the drawer?

Suspect you'd need to show a commitment before they will offer what is effectively a retention deal to not lose your otherwise 12months of payments if you didn't exercise the 14days distance sale cancellation option, so a contract is likely mandatory. You could try with the 200MB sim but there is no incentive for 3 to offer any significant deals against a SIM that has no payment obligation associated with it.
Indeed. My thinking too. I was looking at retailers to get a cashback on the sim only deal and one mentions that 3s advanced plans have a 30gb tethering restriction. I can't see that on three's own site. Is that true?

You can tether to the full plan allowance of whatever plan you select.
Any one knows can I get this deal and get cashback if I'm already on there pay as you go rolling contract? Thanks

Wasn't aware there was such an option as a "pay as you go rolling contract", the phrase seems to contradict any intended meaning. Are you looking to transfer a 3 PAYG number to a 3 contract, or a 3 PAYG balance to a contract. Or both? Or some other permutation.

Lol think I'm on PAYG sim £20 a month unlimited data it a monthly rolling contract I think nevermind move over to virgin mobile same price but unlimited everything
Never any issues with 3 for me, 4g speed is excellent. Did this speed test yesterday, Tbh I usually get over 100mb down so this was a slower one.
