I've been getting loads of "no signal" messages over the last week in Manchester. Looking to try alternatives when my month ends next week.
Too many full bars yet zero data transfer as well with 3.
Cheap but data is terrible slow and sometimes non existent. Shows 4g or 3G but works at 2g speeds or has full bars but not data at all, avoid three like a plague!
I had this deal couple of weeks ago. Three send me the bill as £16 pm and not £10 as they claimed ( I am still sorting this). Also the network is absolutely horrendous, I checked the coverage before I buy this and it says ‘ good coverage’ but in a small print also says, coverage may vary indoors- that you have to consider. Now I am stuck with them for a year. I went to some part of London last week and the signal there is also poor. So from my experience, avoid this deal. I have plusnet before and their coverage is brilliant wherever I go.
Topcashback are offering £57.50 for this deal if you go through Three. £10 12Gb 12months

Good luck getting TCB, or quidco.
Good deal.

I took the £8pm Three deal through TCB last week and it has tracked fine. With this deal, you have to manually claim it back every few months which I previously have forgotten to do before. Going through TCB is much simpler.

I pay 8£ for same deal
If I’m already with Three and want this deal would I have to PAC across to another provider then PAC back onto the new sim, heard it’s bit of an arse

Yeah I’m in the same situation, but signal and speed is quickly getting worse, so may skip them all together, I’m up for renewal and they’ve already said no to matching deals I’ve seen on here
I try to get the deal but it keeps saying opps and my info goes.

I live in London (near to central, zone 2) and I’m getting terrible reception. Was with EE for 3+ years, worst decision ever moving to Three for cheaper price tag!

If it is the same as Vodafone, you will have to move across to a different provider and then move back.
I think 3 have the worst reception everywhere and they don’t seem to make any leaps in improving this
If your with three and ARE moving away from them, don't get caught with their impossible customer service line. Simply text PAC to 65075!!!

Agreed. Been with them for years but in big cities now it is now getting rediculous. Full signal l, no internet.... so enraging
Three and EE seem to use the same masts near me, if Three is down EE tends to be as well... I'm just about out of my last 12months with Three so not sure if I should stay or leave them...

I have done this - do you know if using your PAC code automatically serves as notice to 3 that you intend to end your contract?

Yes it does, applies to all networks
Horrible network :/

My interpretation of this is to serve notice to your provider you intend to leave. If you don't do use it your service remains. You need to use it within 30 days, I believe. Follow the link. I've already used it and had a text and email from my provider saying "sorry your thinking about leaving".

I've had both from three, with zero issues
Great deal if three works for you, heat added.
I'm paying £10 a month for 24 months, unlimited everything...there was a glitch on the website...
Awful mobile data signal, I changed to 3 from O2 about 6 months ago and I’ll be changing back as soon as I can. I can be in the city centre and I can’t load a thing on 4G or 3G

Lost signal whilst trying to post this
3 are the worst network hence the cheapest prices.
Thanks for posting, we have added this to the Highligts pages
Surely it would be good for three to cut back on overloading their network, and focusing on improving the network. Surely in the long term, a better servicing network will make them more money.

I remember a few years back, for a while, vodafone were terrible, but over the last couple of years their network seems to have upped its game drastically. Now even though three are cheaper and i would have considered them, I'm now thinking i'd rather pay that one or two pounds extra and actually have signal when I need it... Paid enough for the iphone, can't be doing with it not having signal and becoming a pointless device!

I switched to three from EE.
I couldn't get a signal at my mums house but its fine on 3.
Also my brother plays cod mobile on his phone using 3 and gets 4g and a 50 ping mostly.
When I lived in Whitby I couldn't get a signal on 3.
So its not always as easy as this provider is rubbish imo.

I had same problem on EE
Said 4g but youtube buffered.
Now I switched to this deal and its great.
So I dunno
I’m already with three and they’ve matched this deal for me. Said I’d just leave and take this out as a new contract - so they just transferred me over to the new deal
Been with Three for years, never had an issue.
Great deal and the sim came within two days
Never had an issue with three signal. Get strong download and upload. Tried Vodafone and EE and they aren't as good where I am. So heat for Three from meeee

I'm afraid this is where I'm at with Three now too. Has become steadily more and more frustrating with complete data dropouts near enough every day and I'm in a different part of the country to you. I've been with three for six years now and there's only so far you can go with blind loyalty.
Any ideas when this deal (including cashback from TopCashback) ends? My contract is not finished until Jan 31st!

31st is next Friday Buy now if you are considering this deal, or regret later.

I would go direct to Three from TopCashback or Quidco though as they generally have good offers on.
