For £10 pcm I accepted;

Hopefully you can get a similar deal. There’s is nothing like this offered by other service providers so this is a great deal not to be missed and requested!

Good luck, it's like winning the lottery with Three, some of us are successful, others not.

Both my wife and myself were on the 4GB, AYCE txts/mins package for £9 a month sim only, both coming up to the end of their 12 month term a few days apart.

I managed to get after a few online chats and phone calls for £9 the advanced plan package of AYCE Data, Unlimited texts, 600 mins and a 12GB Hotspot.

My wife on the other hand had a near impossible time and was due to switch elsewhere but eventually managed to get albeit for £1 more a month 12GB data, AYCE txts/mins and 12GB Hotspot for £10.

Proceed with caution and frustration, what is offered to one will not be offered to another. Even if you have customer X with you for them to go through security details to log into their account to verify they got a certain offer, you may not be offered the same yourself....we certainly didn't have that success.

The upside, you only have to go through this lottery once every 12 months and if you find yourselves on a decent enough retention deal having Wuntu with a free coffee at least twice a month, a free pizza every month and a free cinema ticket around every 6 weeks and don't have to deal with customer services on a regular basis then certainly Three is my network of choice for sure.

You don't have to contact three once every 12 months, if you're happy with the deal they give you, it keeps going on a monthly basis.
There’s a further trick to this. Go over the 200 mins in the first month on purpose. Then after that tell three your struggling and is there any chance if you could up it to 600 mins and they’ll do it for an extra £1

Brilliant deal OP that's 1/3 of the original cost isn't it ?
Will try to give them a call later, but after a fiasco with previous Three retention deals on HUKD, I'm not too positive about it...

@edit: hot for those who can get it nonetheless

Will be surprised if anyone gets this

Ive been getting this for over a year for £15. Cant be arsed trying to change it. Worth a pop though, as 3 seem happy to let the terms run on at the end of the contract.

True, but invariably come twelve months down the line with competition there will invariably be some better package deal, in my case having AYCE Data and 600 mins I may find I am happy to stick with that, but for others on differing plans they may want to haggle.

A year ago nowhere could I find a better deal than £9 for 4GB data and AYCE txts/mins than with Three.
I've contacted Three more than once already. They said they don't have this deal and all their new plans are unlimited minutes/text and that there is no 200 minutes plan :-(

Any tips to get around this?

I agree completely and your are correct it's all hit and miss with three. I have two sim only with three both on 600 mins unlimited handset data 30gb of tethering and unlimited text both sims are £5 a month each.

Depends where you live? Never really had much issue...
Does this include "Fell at home"? - Less painful "Feel at home"

Oh right. Made up? Never believe a sales man! Proof is in the screenshots.
Another fake post
I've tried three times to cancel and get this type of deal and every single time they don't budge!

They didn't budge there either. I even escalated the case last time to their outside consuments rights page and still nothing.
They are prob still reeling from giving away ayce everything for a tenner the other month.
I tried to get a better deal from them yesterday and got offered £1 off there online deals. Even after threatening to walk away after well over 10 years. Still not decided thinking of asking for my pac code and moving to ID mobile.
Wait they still do unlimited data? Damnit! I traded in my unlimited data plan for a 100GB/mo allowance when I last called retention. I got unlimited calls out of it so it's fine overall but I really liked my unlimited data.

I know I said I've seen screenshots and told them where to find them. It's a 3rd party website so doesn't count he said. Will try another time and hopefully get through to some one more generous

Been with three for about 6 years and was on their 4GB plan for£9 but kept running out is data. Said I wasn't bothered about unlimited texts or minutes but was looking for around 8GB for about a tenner. They offered me 30GB for £20, much more than I wanted to pay. They then offered 12GB for £15. They said that was their best. Person kept saying that he was the final contact point in three and that was their best offer.

I am just waiting for my number to go live with iD mobile having transferred.

Here's another problem - there is a 1 month notice period which is fine, but that period is activated by the PAC transfer, which invalidates your old SIM so you cannot use the last month of the contract from your old provider, or an I missing something?

Just tried this through 333, they are actually trying to charge me £4 more than I’m paying now for the same sim only contract I’m on.
