If you have decent network then, Three needs to improve network first
I get 30 MB down load rate on 3. Depends where you are like all networks.
LazybeatX30/04/2020 15:18

Mine has always been decent, Just done a quick speed test. [Image]

I was with Three for 2 years, the speed was great if you wanted to do something during the 45 mins of signal you would get every day

Honestly the worst operator I've ever had to deal with, but they are cheap so I guess you get what you pay for?

Lucky, Mine never go over 4-5mb where I leave and work.
No 4g here since pages time out 3g works fine.
Never had an issue with 3. Unlimited everything for £10, and great speeds etc.

Nice offer from 3, but the kicker in all of this is that NHS IT is so fragmented is that only a small proportion of NHS organisations will be using this video consultation service.

Nope, it's being led by NHS England and used widely across London and the south east. Remember it's for hospital outpatient appointments not gp appointments
What’s the deal?

I agree there are pockets of usage in some departments but it's hardly widespread. This is based upon my own experience and feedback from friends and colleagues who work in hospital community services in the NW London area across several trusts. There's more use of WhatsApp than NHS tools like this. Trying to get an elderly or ill patient who does not the support of their family to install and use a new app is too much effort, whereas they probably have familiarity with WhatsApp already.
40599048-BjeGo.jpgWhat's wrong with three signal?
This is great! Thanks for sharing. This will reduce the stress of some of the patients that opt to use attend anywhere for their session.
There are many, many different eConsultation providers to NHS (in both secondary and primary care), are they covering just one or all of them?

Genuinely curious as I've been involved in implementing eConsultations.

It's not an app. It's a browser based consultation. Click on your invite email or visit the hospital's virtual waiting room web page and enter a few details.
Not with their data speeds. At times I get kbs... if I'm lucky

And today is a good day when I can actually use my mobile data. This is on a samsung galaxy note 10 plus 5G

I have Three as my home broadband. And have the same speeds on my phone too. Never had any issues with signal. Customer service is hit and miss but can’t complain about the network.

NHS england
Rubbish speeds at most places in London. Big promises from them but still no improvement.

All you need to do for the offer, is find a nearby hill

I was the same, same phone too.
Luckily I only got the one month sim.
I was with them about 8 months ago on the same set up, they said the network had over utilisation and it should be sorted within a month.
Then last month I tried again. Couldnt even get webpages to load, never mind trying anything else.
Same excuse, 'over utilisation'.
Moved to EE 5G, granted I am paying abit more, but its a much better experience.
After my month finished with 3, I ended up with a £3.50 credit after cancellation charges by 3. I couldnt be bothered with them anymore.

3 seem to sell you Unlimited data cheap knowing you wont be able to use it. Rather pay a premium and be able to use it.

Damn. I thought you were praising that you were on Voda now, though when I was with them, their customer service was abit poor, their network was fairly decent.

Glad I moved away from 3.
Never again!
40613539-3cZqt.jpgCurrently on EE, sat inside a house with fairly thick external walls too.
Quicker than my home broadband.

I'm with you on that, Vodafone's Customer service is very poor. But their infrastructure is good.

Three really is shocking for me but I suppose its area specific

Some of the people above are sharing their Internet speed screen shots whilst on WiFi and claiming it to be their data speeds...
0.8 in my house with three 13mb with voxi in my house. Enough said
40613985-DnqYn.jpg
Currently using iD Mobile (same as 3) in Reading, while on Vodafone on average 2-5mbps sometimes under 1mbps barely usabe.

Some....not all. Even then. Look at the dates. They maybe old speed tests
You may get 30 - 50 Mbps but a hell of a lot of the time it will drop to 1Mbps as it is the most unstable
And when you call and ask why it does this you will be past from person to person and never got an answer
And don’t even think of teathering from it as speed fluctuations are worse still
Fabulous. Been with Three since 2014, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great service.
