Three Ultimate Unlimited Sim Only - £10 per month for 6 months + £20 per month for 18 months = £420 over 24 months

There's ultimate unlimited SIM only package half price for first 6 months. Then £20 a month there after.

24 month plan
Unlimited minutes
Unlimited texts
Unlimited Data
5G Ready at no extra cost
Personal Hotspot Tethering
Go Roam Around the World.

Not for everyone but I'm a three fan and this beats my £20 a month for the same tariff. Just means committing to 24 rather than the standard 12 months.

Surely the student deal at same package for 16 a month (16x24=384) is the better way to go?

Brace yourself for the flood of "Cold, I got this for £10 a month and loads of free credit" comments.

It's still good value though if you missed out on the glitch the other month, heated.

They say "unlimited data" but then the terms state "up to 30GB" doesn't that mean its limited.

Was comparing to the 24 month deal to be fair to the original poster.
But yes the student deal also has the benefit of only tying you up for 12 months if you don’t want to sign up for 24 great deal
mkwaqar10/10/2019 14:36

Well this deal was not longer valid a few weeks ago when I was looking. I think it has only been live again last couple of weeks.
The 100gb with unlimited voice and text for 12 monthsworks out at just over £12 p/m after £70cash back through topcashback or quidco.
If you use more than 100gb per month then obviously this is not for you, but check your monthly usage on your phone. Bet most don't use anywhere near 100gb per month.

I agree, like I say I've added heat myself, I just can imagine a lot of people voting it cold as they got a better (albeit unintended on three's part) deal recently.
Currently a three customer, anyone know if I can get this?

Unlikely. Three not like Plusnet who happily upgrade you to other tariffs

Check when you are she an upgrade via the three app.
I was kind of forced to take this contract as Three sent me a letter phasing out my grandfather contact from 2012 for £18/month unlimited.

All new contracts also.have caveats that each May they'll increase bill price based on January inflation.
Anyone knows if this been put to.practice?

Heat added even though I got the tenner a month deal for 24 months a few weeks ago. It is still great value.

Unsure about the limit on the data. I think some were told in the £10 a month thread it is unlimited. I got told in an email I have unlimited calls, texts, data, and the use of roaming etc. Although with Three customer services you seem to get told and untold many a comment!
Never get 3 if you live in London. It’s dreadful compared to EE, Vodafone and o2.

The 12 month plan there is the same price.
Give it a good test when you get it. I recently left Three as I found more and more my phone said I had excellent 4G signal, but couldn't load even a simple web page. This is in the Bristol area. Used to just happen at big gatherings of people, like sporting events, but started happening on a daily basis.
How many times are three deals going to be posted? I don't vote cold but I have to since it's a 24 m month sim only deal

As apposed to potentially paying more with two 12 month contracts. It's a risk you take. But non the less. It's a deal that's cheaper than the standard £21 a month. Saving £64 plus the £72 cash back.

Yes they have.....
SIM only contacts used to be exempt from retail price index rises, but not any more.

Several times when does it no longer class as a deal when this has been standard price and available for months
This is their standard deal on unlimited. If you're unsure of how this would be for you, look up the Smarty (mobile) unlimited offers - it's a Three company with an unlimited sim for £18.75 a month on a rolling 30 day contract.

I tried it before getting the Three £10 a month price glitch and use it as home broadband. Any questions on smarty (and some of their other discounts) or using it as home broadband, pm me.

I think that refers to the old 30gb limit on a hotspot. I asked three about the plans and it’s definitely unlimited data

It's only a better deal for a select few
Tempted to go for the student deal as my 5gb per month deal with Vodafone ends in December. However just wondering if Black Friday might bring better deals for unlimited data .....

It's certainly worth asking on live chat, even if they refuse for whatever reason if you complain a bit they've been giving away free credit like crazy lately.

I spoke to them when the last glitch was active and they assured me I could get the offer, but said as I was an existing customer the relevant upgrades department was closed so I'd have to speak to them the next day. When I chased them up about it they of course denied the offer had ever existed, and they couldn't match it for me. I persued it a bit further but they wouldn't budge, but they gave me £60 credit to say sorry (plus I think I got £10 on another live chat)

I was already on £12pm for 12gb and unlimited calls/txts so although the £10 unlimited everything would obviously have been better it's not miles different, and the £70 means the next half a year or so will be free. Other people got much better results from the glitch, but I certainly can't complain.

I keep meaning to speak to them myself about dropping down the minutes to get more data, 12gb is usually enough for me but it does come pretty close each month. But yeah, it's worth going on live chat as they can sometimes offer better deals than you're currently on, or maybe give you some free credit if you aren't happy.

Sorry I really do ramble on, hope it was helpful though.
Don't do it. Terrible 4g speeds at peak times. 400kbps wtf is that in this day and age. TERRIBLE.
