Almost all holiday home owners approx 60 of us can’t even manage to get a 3 g signal after Three promised 4g . There customer service is extremely poor if you can actually get through. Full of excuses ! But hey, we tried them and now waiting for the big EE an announcement

Been with three for over ten years.. never had a problem with support and dont have issues with signal. Just saying. It doesnt make them rubbish. Just no good for you and your location.

We did the signal checker which was verified in the Three store but in reality it wasn’t the case. We listened to Three who said it was a mast fault which would be repaired in October but no different in November. We are all trying to end the contract

Omg same, my mast started having issue on the 12th of September. Been with three 9+years. I can honestly say avoid three at all costs. Currently have four devices with them (me) partner and friends also terrible network with so many issues this year.
