Still more expensive and less highly rated than logitech g29, but a lot cheaper than it normally is.

Thanks does it come with a stand? If not is there any limit on the width …Thanks does it come with a stand? If not is there any limit on the width of the thing you need to attach it to?

I made a frame to put me on after I had to sell my full thrustmaster / playseat setup previously. It does the job!!

Good price, cheapest it's ever been according to the camels
I assume you have to attach the wheel to something. Or do the just rest on something?

Less highly rated than G29?

You are being sarcastic, aren’t you?;)

This wheel is superior in every possible way to overpriced G29...

Great price!

Heat added!!!

You have to mount it to a stand or something as it has force feedback which requires to be mounted.

I have had the TX and it was brilliant. I have the g920 / g92 and although it is very good, I preferred the smoothness of the TX wheel, and the pedals on the TX are significantly better.

Best bet is a used wheelstand pro from gumtree or eBay or maybe a playseat challenge.
I would recommend the playseat challenge. Bought it last week from Argos after years of deliberating. Absolutely no regrets.

The Logitech pedals are a lot better quality IMO, it's the only real plus point over the TM, I still use my G27 pedals with an adapter. An equivalent set would probably be the T3PA PRO pedals over the standard T3PA set included here, and forget about the standard 2 pedal Thrustmaster set you often get.

The only reason to buy a G29/G920 would be price and reliability (Logitech have great customer service as well), otherwise they're old tech' now and the belt driven TX/T300's are a lot better.

Essentially there is no real difference between the tp3a and the pros. Other than metal and the ability to invert

Yeah I was comparing the Logitech pedals to TM offerings, construction wise I'd say they're closer to the T3PA-PROs, but they don't seem to offer a package with that pedal set so you'd have to purchase them separately. I'd love a set but they're too expensive, if my G27 pedals fail; out of my G25/G27 the only thing to fail was a potentiometer on my old G25 pedals (Logitech then gave me a G27 out of warranty), I'd get a set of CSL Elite pedals although the guy who did an adapter doesn't seem to sell them anymore.

In my day you could buy a real car for that price

I used to mount my old g29 on my ironing bored 🙈
You can probably beat a burglar to death with the G29 and it will still work. They do not die in my experience. The only reason I swapped my original g25 was the fact it didn't work with the PS4.

Tbh I find some virtual representations of driving more real than actual driving these days. Wife has an Ecosport, it gives zero feedback and actually feesl like a crap Madcatz wheel the steering is so light. Then again most Ecosport drivers probably aren't giving it any so they probably don't get many complaints!
