Just ordered this as we need a new stand for our Panny plasma.
I reckon its a bargain at £25 (+£3.50 postage) (less 6% Quidco).
Amazon are selling the same one at £70.
It shows on website as £49.50 but there is a box halfway down the page stating the £25 price.
I guess this may be a time limited offer so be quick - if you want one that is!

ordered, cheers, the discount gets applied at the checkout...excelent

Type your comment here...What weight/size tv does it take up to?

see comments on m and s site, feedback suggests 40"

Strange, doesn't say what size it takes up to. Can't really order if it won't take my 50" tv. Hmm.

Thanks just ordered, heat added!

Heat added & ordered. Thanks for posting!!

This is 1050mm wide, which is about the right size for up to a 42 inch TV, or a 46 inch thin bezel LED Samsung/LG.
a 50" or 55" would overhang too much and look silly.
As for weight, 8mm tempered glass is pretty strong, I would say 35kg would be no problem, probably could take up to 50kg. for reference a Panasonic 50 inch VT30 plasma is 35kg and that is considered heavy for its size due to the edge-to-edge glass front. I've sat one of those on a similarly constructed stand in work and it survived. I think it's the heaviest TV I've ever handled.

Orders, Thanks

Will my blu-ray player fit on? It is 46 inches wide. Also does loveFilm work with this stand?

This is an amazing deal if it can really fit up to 55". Hot,

Been after one for a while and this is perfect - thanks op

Delivery to store seems to be broken, can only select home delivery option.

Looks to be out of stock now

Gay gay gay oos

Just 'expire' it

Why does over hanging look silly? A stand does not need to be as wide as a television.
It is about the mass of the television and what the stand can take.

There is nothing wrong with a small stand and a large television.

Out of stock...

Damn, I needed one of these.

It's a bit like underpants! The larger the equipment, the more chance of discomfort and 'squeezing' and things poking out the sides - you need larger pants.
Llikewise the stand shouldn't have the TV sides poking out the sides.
