Supposed to be nationwide.

yes it's not Basmati point being I suppose I mean long grain is cheap anyway true but Tilda doesn't usually suppose it's brand that's y it's a deal. and pillau ain't no type its cooked style like briyani cab kabullai etc

It depends what you want the rice for. They're wildly different types of rice so shouldn't really be used interchangeably.

There's low quality basmati out there, of course there is, just as there is low quality jasmine rice.
