Anybody want to buy an echo?
Tile the most pointless gadget ever and an even more pointless 4 pack. And yes I have a few friends that bought them and now don't use them just because they are so pointless.
The tile actually saved me a lot of grief about a year ago. Toddler decided it would be fun to hide the house keys in the bin. Triggered the app and heard faint ringing in the bin, would never have found them otherwise. Needless to say, keys were kept out of reach after that.

I've not got one yet...
The slim can go in a wallet by the looks of it...
The keyrings work both ways to find your phone and can be called from any Google device and on a friends device too and the tile community (I believe - I presume when required).
Previously they were hard batteries but now 1 year replacement so pretty good.
I'll ebay the echo pretty easy I suspect.. Hopefully before black Friday
So tempted
Heat! Also tempted. Wish they'd just sell the tiles for £20 a pack tho for those who already own an echo. Do tile products normally come up on black Friday??

The mate mate pro 4 pack with Alexa device is only £30 more. The pro offers double distance Bluetooth and louder ring but the device it’s self is slightly bigger.
Now that’s a deal! A pack of 4!

I would be interested myself! I forget everything since my blood pressure tablets have changed.

They are brilliant if you have toddlers - keys, tv remotes, etc

Never felt the need for anything like it before then though, and once they’re old enough I’m unlikely to replace the tiles we have.
Is Alexa a pay subscription service? I know nuffink

No, you just connect to you WiFi and use your Amazon login details.
Fantastic price
I found my Tile amazing and saved me a load of cash once. Went to local town, popped into the bank, left keys by mistake but only realised after going...5:50pm and the bank was shut! Had to get a lift home then picked them up the following morning Don’t think I would of found them otherwise!
Can the tile work if I loose my Keys while I’m out? Are are the just a Bluetooth key finder , like the ones you can buy on alliexpress for a few pounds?

Been wondering what the differences are for a while now.

How did you know where you lost them? What happens if your out of Bluetooth range. I’m confused by the Tile echo system, and the differences between this and the myriad of other Bluetooth keyfinders.

I reckon the Tile mesh network is the key difference.

I waited for a deal for while, ended up getting the 4 pack deal from Costco for £35, this deal is better value rn.

Basically yes, a bluetooth keyfinder. The advantage of Tile is the community effect. If you lose your keys (or whatever you attach the tile too) and it's out of range of your phone, you can instead find it via the app. Essentially if anyone with the app on their phone is near your Tile, it'll alert you to the location. The person who's phone finds it will be none the wiser. Clever, although obviously works better in densely populated areas.

Just as a point of clarification, it doesn't need to be a Google device. Works just fine on iPhones.

Not a bad shout, also a good deal. The pro model tends to go for £5 more than the regular model, equating to £20 extra 'value'. So technically a £10 premium if you'd rather have the Pro kit then the regular Tiles.

Pointless how? It's certainly not the most useful thing in the world, but if you have one on your keys or in your bag and lose it just once, it'll be a very useful product.

Both deals are good, but I think your deal was better to be honest. I'd value the Echo dot at £20-25, they'll be on sale again soon.

The Costco deal is still on and I got my Echo for £20 when amazon ran the offer, but right now there isn’t a better deal for both so OP’s deal is currently the best on offer.

3 year battery on the 2020 version, even better

Pm me and will happily discuss price and arrangements
I never lost any key or wallet! I lost a single credit card once but I think a tile would not have helped anything in this case.

Am I abnormal or what is it that everyone on here loses his sh*t all the time? I suggest you better get some gingko excract!
