Great deal.
Awesome, cheers!

Was looking at this recently when it was £9.99 or so!

Almost 600 pages, packed with content, meant to be good.

Just need the 4 hour work week, which I missed at 99p last year.

Yea I held off buying this one too - glad I did! I have the 4 hour week paperback, it's well written and a good purchase even for a tenner - It's definitely a book you keep picking up and it's well written and motivates you to move forward.

Promises a lot for 99p.
American authors to err on the side of hyperbole.
Some American readers complain when other authors are more careful and say "may improve", "may help" etc.
While UK readers can complain about classic American salesmanship - e.g. "my guaranteed 12 steps to lose 12 pounds instantly!"
Just check Amazon reviews.

But this is meant to be a legit book by a respected writer / biohacker.

It's useful

So a cracking deal
Also, this book has been £9.99 for over a year, and rarely drops in price:
uk.ereaderiq.com/dp/…Y6/

So it's not a 99p book, that's the point.

It's a bit of a tome - covering a lot more than a typical health/fitness/dieting book.
It's a collection of bio hacks really to optimise your physical performance and life

The only person working a four hour week after reading the book will be the author assuming enough people can be conned into buying it.

My favourite claim is:Sleep two hours per day and feel fully rested ROFL. Given he only works 4 hours a week he should have plenty of time to sleep although he needs 4 hours to sort his body out and 2 hours daily sleep but then what about the other 140 odd hours in the week. He must be pretty bored most of the time given he has all his work done and body sorted in 8 hours and only needs 14 hours sleep a week. Will need to find something to keep him busy should take up stamp collecting or knitting to put the time in and could write another book about it.
I have owned the physical copy of this since release and if you're interested in eating healthier then this will be well worth the 99p.
Plus you get all the other invaluable info that really does work
I've spent more than four hours reading the book and my body's still just as out of shape as it was before.
Worth a look at 99p. Heat!

Are you healthy and in shape?
Probably not.

He actually has a whole chapter on how to cope when successful. E.g. spending your time helping others, educating, real projects to work on - as many entrepreneurs do.
It's Maslow's hierarchy of needs.
Once you don't need to worry about bills and earning a living you can work on real projects you're passionate about.

Yes there are plenty of people that get rich selling how to get get rich to the gullable.

Tim Ferris is legitimate.

You're not meant to take the 4 hour title seriously. It's just catchy and sells.
It doesn't negate the useful content.

This isn't a sub 200 page book of regurgitated platitudes sold to people in January - typically middle aged women with low self esteem - selling a "new you".

These are useful life hacks to get the most out of your of your time and health.

Anyway as someone that clearly knows nothing about the author and has been a member since 2009 yet hasn't posted a single deal I don't know why I even bothered giving a decent rebuttal as you clearly don't contribute and don't appear to have anything useful to say.

Yes I really liked Dave Aspreys (bulletproof) Head Strong book. so figured this will be a similar read with some useful bio hacks
Great book, about to read "tools of the titans" now even if a lot of the stuff some like some voodoo its highly motivating.
It’s £9.99 now 😞
Yeah I don't know if this was an official day of the deal or just a one day price drop, but extreme drops in price like that are often just one day.

Worth looking at the historic prices.

Still kicking myself for not buying up all the Con Igulden's books and Bernard Cromwell's warlord series when they dropped to a pound per book for a day.

There's a 14 day refund policy so I'm going to buy first ask questions later for more kindle books I think.

EreaderIQ is very useful

I bought a Kindle when they it was like £40 a year or two back, but I still just don't like it compared to a hard copy book - is it just me???

Same - but I find i'm more likely to read it if it's on my Kindle, as i've always got my Kindle or my mobile phone kindle with me
