As long as your whole street wants their houses/cars/grass etc the same colour of your fence. I looked into buying one last year and they DON'T get favourable reviews

yeah and potentially get sued too for damages, this things are a joke! I was soo close to buying last summer and fortunately I came across the reviews just one night before I was about to go out and buy the electric version and the paint cartons. I bought a good brush instead and spent the money on some good hand applying paint too, the Cuprinol stuff, took me two weekends to finish job properly but that coz I painted 15 panels twice, but in the end sit back and relax after its done, now every summer I will just do one coat which should only take me one weekend and because its not untreated wood you can use a paint roller and it works well.

woolworths did a non branded version of this last year on their website for £3 which I bought and its great for spraying plants

Isn't this a bit of a con from Argos - search for pressure sprayer and you will see this offer at £7.49, and on the same page is a differently coded item (the same item) with the offer for 1/2 price paint.

So you either pay £24.98 at full price or, £27.48 at the offer price (including paint).

If you need the whole kit, then this a FREEZING COLD offer.

It's only any good if you can buy the paint at £9.99, or you don't need the paint.

NB it's hard to test whether you will get the paint half price, as even at full price it doesn't discount it on the website; presume you'd have to wait till you get in store to see what happens.

Personally I see a good argument as the catalogue clearly says that if you buy the pressure sprayer, you get the paint half price, but I can't be ar*** with the hassle of debating the point with the staff.

we have a Ronseal sprayer and thought it was great . Yes it can be a little messy (just get a cheapo dust sheet to cover the ground or anything that might get sprayed) It is water based paint that is used for these sprayers so if you do have a mishap wash straight away and no damage done.
