while looking for a pair of warm, waterproof winter boots I came across these on javari (amazon). On looking around it seems a very good price but only for the off white colour. a few sizes left.

oh how odd. my description has gone! while looking for a pair of waterproof, warm, winter boots, i found these on javari (amazon). off white colour only. all other colours seem to be £135+ on most other places.

Hot ! Thank god they don't have my size as I would have ordered ! This site costs me too much money :-)

Cold. Not really a deal as most places are selling at around this price including Amazon:

amazon.co.uk/Tim…3AE

Seems like other colors are higher priced but this flavour assumingly is not as popular hence the price of 38 notes.

Although Javari is a branch of Amazon I think the 20 % off voucher that can be used with Amazon cant be used with Javari making it cheaper on Amazon with voucher.

Was about to buy them for the Mrs & saw they are made in China. I will give it a miss in that case, shame.Still a good price though.

damn, no size 7's left ,

oh what a shame only 4 and 5 left and apparently they come up two sizes too small? Would have bought a 6 for skiing trip!

Shame about the colour, with all the grit on the pavements here they'd be boggin in no time!

Size 4 only the rest are £125+ cold

So you just trawl through deals & search to see if you can find them cheaper so you can then vote cold? Weird.

Think my wife might like these OP. Cheers

What isn't made in China now??

Where do the calipers clip in?

Can't see any for 38 now

Cheap Colour now unavailable

Usually Amazon sometimes offer 20% off clothing and footwear if you agree to their clothing and footwear newsletter.I got some Asics trainers about 6 months back and got 20% off this way.

A lot if you look. There are still products made in Europe but my reasons for not buying from China are Ethical.

Isn't everything made in China? I think you'll go naked if you won't wear clothing made in China!

India, Cambodia, Vietnam is where Primark clothes come from. I don't really know of clothes made in China but I actually shop at Sunspel and other London companies for my clothes.

As my Avatar name suggests, I have an animal link. I choose to avoid China because of the way it exploits wildlife. Rhino, Tiger, Bear,Seahorse to mention just a few. Africa's Western Black Rhino was officially extinct In November 2013. China is the biggest cause of such travesties .

During 2012, in South Africa alone a staggering 668 Rhinos were killed by poachers, that’s almost 2 a day. Worryingly the current figures for 2013 suggest that more than 1000 rhinos could be killed by the end of the year.

This poaching is by no means isolated to South Africa, rhino poaching is surging across the entire African continent, and is a constant threat to the smaller rhino populations in Asia. Other rhino states do not regularly publish poaching statistics, however updates are available in news reports and press releases. For example, in early August 2013, Kenya reported that it had lost 34 rhinos to poaching since the start of the year.

Here is a good link should anyone be interested.

Mine wasn't a 'view', it was a (slightly exaggerated) fact. I respect your views but this isn't the place for them.
