Great watch

Looks nice but they did quite well to make a watch that looks very easy to read during the night but a nightmare in the day. Would have been better to increase the contrast a little between the hands and the background but hey ho, it's £20.

£29.99 amazon atm. Notice that bezel is not made by metal, it is plastic.

Looks like a cool gift, I love how you said "reduced, they say" made me chuckle

The big hand is for minutes, the small for hours. Just take your time, you'll soon get on to it!

Before buying check how much a battery change cost. My wife bought be a Timex Triathlon watch and when the battery went i took it to our local shop to get it replaced. The guy said that he could not do it because of a special seal (don't know if this apply to the watch above), On the top of that mine had 2 batteries, never heard of it before, cost apparently £30 to get it done.

Order placed, thanks OP and heat added. I might struggle a little but I'll remember......

The watch face looks like an explosion at a pizza factory. I've Googled Tachymeter and Telemeter and still don't fully understand what they mean. Mind you, the underrated Indiglo feature is one of the most simple and useful inventions I know, so hot hot hot!

Nice looking watch. Hot.

Bit like counting between lightning and thunder....

Yep, useful for assessing how far away the storm is. The military application is in ranging guns, counting the time between seeing the muzzle flash and hearing the bang.
