Not as good as the Asda 2 for £7 but for those that missed out The Co-op have tins of Celebrations, Heroes, Roses & Quality Street 2 for £8

This is valid until 04/01/2009 subject to availability - no limit on amount you can purchase.

I did initially add this to the Asda thread but as that has expired and this has a long validity I thought it needed it's own.

The Celebration tubs are microwavable & freezable ( obviously eat the sweets first)

Offer now advertised as ending 23rd November - previous date was apparently a misprint in the press!

... How come the celebrations tin is microwaveable, are they plastic this … ... How come the celebrations tin is microwaveable, are they plastic this year?

In some/most outlets.
Tins still available - but don't put a tin in the microwave!

This is still hot, even though it's not quite as good as the asda deal. Some people don't have access to an asda, and for the sake of a pound there's not much difference.

lol, £4 for a tin of sweets, … lol, £4 for a tin of sweets, c'mon......................................it's a DEAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's my point - you can't compare this deal with one that is no longer available ;-)

Thank you, just what I was looking for!!

dont have a co-op anywhere near me... but voting hot for those that do

Great for me as only Quality Street left in local Asda on Sunday and have a co-op at end of road- can then feel good for supporting local shop!

:santa:I understood this offer was for one week only, may be wrong though. They have some really great deals on over Christmas. Mine is local so I walk and save on the fuel as well!!

Great post:)

HH:thumbsup:

It definitely says 04/01/2009 on the advert. It depends on individual stores whether they will re-order stocks till that date though so is subject to availability.

Hot from me. Got mine last week. the asda deal but this one still hot

This is better than ASDAs deal as you don't have to give your money to the Americans - will always void Walmart ASDA!

Anyone know whether this includes those quality street chocolate editions? The brown tin, not the normal pink one?

Cheers

04/01/09?

Well that depends on if the warehouse runs out of stock rather than the stores ordering/notorderering them as they are sure to make a massive profit on these (they claim back for any offers from head office)

Just cross your fingers the warehouses dont run out of stock lol

My local store ( and its a big one ) has ran totally out of Heroes.
Hope they some more in..

Great offer

hot offer even though pound dearer than asda:thumbsup:

I work for the co-op and this offer will end on 23rd november, it was a missprint in the paper and we now have a disclaimer all over the shop. Hope this helps.

£7 for two in my ASDA. Not going to vote cold though

I got two tins of Heroes from Asda but was gutted to find they had replaced the Crunchie ones and the white chocolate ones with Bournville and a toffee one instead! The whole point of Heroes I thought was that they were different to the other ones like Roses, Quality Street etc. Gutted!!!

Extremely hot deal as to get to asda would cost over £50 for me, considering I live on the Isle of Wight and the nearest Asda is across the Solent.

Well, my local Co-Op is charging £5.99 for one or £10.00 for two.

not so much of a tin any more though, more of a tub?

i work for the co-op and this deal is FOR THIS WEEK ONLY. and if you ask me this deal although a £1 more than asda is better as you get your dividend points on top too!

Where do you live, have they left the old sign up,
