Are heroes on offer?

Original Poster

yes forgot to add heroes. and I think the haribo tubs are included.

This will get very hot. 2000 degrees plus!

This offer is the first offer of morrisons new promotion strategy. They will have 1 "STUNNING" deal per week and 8 other really good deals per week. These will run for 1 week only and will change every week.

Pricing is kept under wraps until the sunday of each week to stop competitors getting in on the act and having time to order stock to support it.Should be some really great offers coming along.

Other great offers this week as part of this new campaign are Cathedral City cheese,Uncle Bens Sauces/Rices,Kumala Wine and Birds Eye fish fingers.Unsure of prices as this was still under wraps but they will almost certainly be as cheap as you have seen them in recent times.

Hope this helps.

Great deal

Asda did 3 tins for £10 2yrs ago but never did it last year so this is a hot deal

Might have to borrow a staff discount card and get 2 for £6.30. Bargain thanks for the heads up

Nice find voted hot if i buy them now though they won't see next week never mind Christmas lol

Just loving how you put (£3.50 each tin) in the description as people here are obviously stupid fwits. HOT just for that.

Awesome deal.

hot,cheers op

I wonder how many grams they have cut them by this year....

damn, I just went to a party where I had to take two of these tins and they cost me £5 each. so £10!!

Nice, Tesco's offer of £4 a tin was good although no longer available so this is perfect timing. Time to stock up!

Walk off those chocolates, lard ass.

good deal. i saw this when i finished work earlier

noticed they also had foxes crinkle biscuits at 45p from 1.09

will be purchasing a few tins tomorrow for Xmas.. Thanks heat added

Hot, don't let the chochies melt.

Do these tubs have magical properties that I'm unaware of? They put less chocolate in every year, make a high RRP so more 'deals' appear, and you don't have to be an evnironmentalist to think about how much waste they must create. £3.50 seems like the price that they should be normally, no?

Quality Street was sold in 1.2kg tins in 2011; just two years later they're now plastic tubs of only 820g. That's quite a dramatic amount of shrinkage!

whats the weight of them this year?

2 for £7 is probably the cheapest we will see this year!

Heat from me!!

Check the dates mind I know it's different shops, but I nearly got some in T's when they were £4 a tub when I realised they were out of date in November 2013!!!! And they were in the Christmas aisle naughty T's. Heat added.

nice find

It would have been a best before date, still perfectly edible by Christmas.

(They wouldn't even last till November in my house)

voted cold so there are more for me

Great.. Heat from me...

Exactly

Celebrations are 750g, including wrappers.
Quality Street are 820g, including wrappers.
Roses are 850g, including wrappers.
Heroes are 800g, including wrappers.

You can take approximately 25g off for the wrappers.

Is this in all stores because i was in morrisons yesterday and didn't see any promo advertised for the 7th ?

They don't usually advertise in store deals in advance do they? If they did, wouldn't people not spend their money knowing it was going to be cheaper tomorrow?

Why not go today and check? Let us know how you get on!

Terrible. Celebrations are the worst, I found an empty tub a while ago - 1.5kg. And a Quality Street Tin - 1kg.

If the other supermarkets know what deals they are going to offer whats stopping them getting enough stock in and then pricing accordingly on the day or the day after? Kinda defies logic letting people know what deals will be on that week while keeping the pricing quiet. Every supermarket knows how to compete.

Are you sure? I spoke to Mars last week and they claimed they've NEVER produced a tub of Celebrations greater than 1KG.

I wonder how much smaller they can make the tins, they are slightly thinner than 2 years ago and less weight
