So what is the oil used for and which is the best postition to lie in
I bought some aroma energy oils last week. I'm not impressed. They don't seem very potent and some are almost impossible to get out of the bottle. I can hold it upright for two minutes or longer and nothing comes out. Shaking does very little.

Any suggestions on what to do with the ones I have or others to buy in the future? I paid about£10 for 5 bottles.
You should only use this oil along with a carrier oil, for instance sweet almond. You should only use Lavender and Tea Tree neat on your skin.

Also many people have an allergy to tea tree. Brings me and my son out in an all over Rash if use say shampoo with tea tree. Unfortunately it seems to be the most common essential oil in men's products. Give me rose or orange any day

I typically buy Tisserand or Neal's Yard. I'm not familiar with Aroma Energy.

Maybe try enlarging the hole in the bottle a little...
