I have been looking for something like this for a while to sort out my jungle. Looks like a decent deal.

doesn't seen much of a reduction?? or am I just in "Prime Day " mode, and wishing everything got good drops?? I'm in the market pretty urgently too, so please tag me if you come accross anything else in the same vein hadn't spotted this one though, so thanks, better check its reviews I guess, but Titan branded seem to do ok in the basic value for money stakes on the whole... Heated..

It’s pretty much always that price, I was lucky enough to catch it when it was on for £129 and came with a strimmer as well. It’s a decent enough tool but I do prefer the ryobi expand-it that we had before, but then you get what you pay for and ryobi is a top quality product which is why it is massively more expensive.

just sketch read the reviews, and I know they can often be taken with a pinch of salt, but theres a LOT!! of pros in there... did you mean a seperate strimmer? or the strimmer head? as that looks to be included? twin strim line?

the attachment section looks identical to Mculloch, and the blade is oregon, , including the extension at this price is pretty neat too, I'd only be taking a punt on a no brand mazon or ebay jobby if not so having screwfix on the doorstep is another 'PRO' Thanks OP, Maybe I should state Great first post OP, 12% is 12% and on an already budget price isn't to be sniffed at..pretty certain i have a screwfix voucher too... happy dayz..

I meant strimmer head, mine has the strimmer, chainsaw, hedge cutter, weed wacker (triangle cutter blade) and extension shaft.
It is a little unbalanced with the extension and it can bounce a bit, but it is still a good bit of kit for the price. It made light work of the old apple tree and did some serious harm to the massive walnut.
Poor reviews.... Seems it isn't built to last or even be repaired.

clearly its built to a price point , but where are these poor reviews please bud?? and any reccomendations for similar?? better?? and no I dont mean Stihl, LOL, much as I'd love to be able to kit myself out with the real Mcoy, this is just to keep my mums garden in check (after getting it in check in the first place LOL, anyone else have any suggestions.. the elec ryobi doesnt apeal as I need all the multi use parts..
I'm after this type of thing too..... But I want it for light use for many years and it doesn't sound like it is very serviceable or repairable.

Put the screwfix reviews in newest first.....rather than there default setting of 'high to low'

I'm going to go down a good quality second hand one route, hoping either myself or a some else can repair it.

THIS WOULD PROBABLY ME MY ROUTE, OR I'D SPLASH THE CASH. BUT CASH IS TIGHT WHERE ITS NEEDED, AND iTS nEEDED now... SO DESPITE SEEING WHAT YOU MEAN REF THE REVIEWS... i HAD SEEN THOSE ALREADY... BUT THE AVERAGE IS STILL WELL UP THERE AND IF IT FAILS IT WILL GO BACK...appologies for the caps.. i cant touch type so didnt notice ...

trouble is buying seconnd hand I wouldn't know what i was looking at

I bought back in June 2016. Exactly same price. So I guess the fact the price is comparable to 2 years ago is good.

Item is good. Does the job. Chainsaw worked for a bit, but now probably needs sharpening/replacement. All other add-on attachments work well.
