That videos awful, but looks a good deal.

Feel free to find one that had the item in it, from start to finish and shows it working.. that you think will make people buy this £69.99 pressure washer.. worth £69.99 any faster then!

Well even if the video is awful, shut your eyes and your in a Vegas club. Firefly, not a bad choice for a pressure washer video.
May be a stupid question, but can I add a foam sprayer bottle thing to this to foam my car?

If you mean the standard brass foam lance it will be the Nilfisk Kew Alto connector.
Just bought this, paid £89, then the day after it went to £69 so I bought another and returned the first.

I previously had a Nilfisk, £150+, packed up just over 3yrs. The Titan is very good for £69, the patio cleaner connection on mine is abit loose and has no tightener so it tips up if you're not careful. However, everything else is great, very good quality connectors.
Some screwfix reviews comment on lack of spares etc and poor quality hose (which kinks abit).
I contacted screwfix to confirm what is covered under the 2 yr warranty and they said EVERYTHING. Pretty good, so if the hose blows a hole, just take it back. Can't beat that for £69 and 130bar pressure too, blasted the crap off my decking (didn't bother using the patio cleaner), Very pleased.
Is this still the best one out there for cheap for patios?
i think so yes. Not sure how long it's £69 for though so best to snap it up
