Did not see any refills in the shop, but a quick google came up with a 5 pack refill from Boots at £4.39:w00t:

Better off buying a few boxes and that way you get a few AAA batteries as well:thumbsup::thumbsup:

that seems a lot for what is essentially a battery powered alternative to putting olbas oil on the pillow

have some rep for doing HUKD research in poundland anyway!

smells like bazooka joe chewing gum and mints, but if you have got a cold this does the biz

Just what I need for my poorly baby at the moment! Shame I can't make it into town to buy a few of these. Voted hot though.

Got one, it comes with 3 refills, and you can also buy extra 5 refill pack for one pound.
My local pharmacy is selling it for 5.99 and one from Calpol is 5.45 in tesco.
Very nice product I would say.

Battery is also included!

what about saving the pads then buy a bottle of olbas oil and refresh them as and when needed?

Great deal - but no sign of them in my local Poundland
