TM Maxx 20% Discount for Friends and Family of Staff Members (This Weekend Only)

Found 4th Nov
I do not work for TK Maxx, however, a friend who does informed me that this promotional discount appears only twice a year and is live for this weekend. It applies to clearance as well as full price items. I was fortunate enough to find a lovely coat which is still listed on the website at £119 for £87 in the clearance section which was then reduced by 20%. In the event that you do not have a friend or family member working at TK Maxx then there is always the potential to speak with a staff member to ask if the discount could be applied. Go easy of my please.

My mate AJ offers a 20% discount to anyone who washes his dog. I know not every can do this, or get to Birmingham on a Thursday between 7pm and 9pm, but if you know someone who can, then let them know.

Enjoy your coat.... might need it with all this cold air

I'm struggling to see why this is being voted cold here? It's a genuine discount opportunity.

Perhaps, a limited number of us can benefit from the discount.

Because only a select few can and would benefit.

Unless you can post the code which I imagine is a generic code for the offer???

Is there a code,? I dont know anyone who works for tkmax

cold for me due to the limited nature of the "deal". Im pretty sure those who work for tk maxx will already know about it, so the people of hotukdeals world dont need to know.

Enjoy your coat.... might need it with all this cold air

I appreciate the points raised here, however, if you are inshore and shopping what's to stop you asking? Instore is always better in my opinion as my post demonstrates. The coat I purchased was still £119 on the TK Maxx website with only the XL size available. I actually found one in store for £87 before the additional discount in size medium.

So are you not sharing the code?

I think the code is an employee number.

Not really, it's like telling Tesco staff their discount is worth twice on a particular weekend...

I get 20% discount in the place I work....do u think it's a good deal if I posted it ..... oh none of you can use the discount mind 😋 lol

This isn’t a deal.. sorry.

I get a free gym pass at work, who wants to borrow it!

Staff are not allowed to share their employee discounts with random people that they don’t know. It’s a sackable offence in most companies.

Perhaps, a limited number of us can benefit from the discount.

Yet we see offers for a single item, getting heat, when it doesn't benefit anyone except that specific person who bought it and is now showing off on hukd.

Freezingggggggg

How about.. I lend you my mothers friend's sisters Marrons card?

When I go into TK Maxx, I ask random strangers to pay for the stuff I want. It hasn't worked yet though.

anyone had any luck guessing the code yet?

Well, here's my story. Yesterday I was shopping in TK Maxx and decided to buy a few items. Went to queue to pay, the lady at the till, know's my face (as we say in N.Ireland) from shopping at the store regularly... it was a lovely surprise to me when she said "Your my friend and I shall give you 20% discount" - I was absolutely delighted and it really made my day!
In total I saved just over £10 but I think I shall buy her a wee bunch of flowers near to Xmas - just to let her know of my appreciation - I thought it was a lovely gesture!!

Tkmaxx marks different prices on same item . If you are lucky and lots of the item , you may find lower price item . Their prices are guess work , and I have found different prices on same items like perfume , food , cooking utensils etc . I think they do it to reduce stock and have as many unique items as possible . So you can pick up a lower priced item.

Not a deal really

No code, you need an employee number, and staff aren't allow to abuse it by giving it out to all and sundry

I see that this post has taken a hammering. My view remains the same as at the time of posting. This site is for deals, some deals may be available to all and others perhaps not as widely available. I had no idea about this promotion until I bumped into my friend. Therefore I would have simply paid for the item at its ticket price. Now I know there will be some of you who do not like TK Maxx and some of you who believe that if the deal is not available to all then it is no deal-I respect both of these view points. There may well though be some of you who have been thinking about an item to buy and this post may well help those people. If this deal gets hammered to freezing and yet benefits only one member of this forum then it will have been worth it.
