stay away

Just returned a couple of these type of rotary razors, awful shave they struggle to cut and pull the hairs. Gone back t a decent phillips one again, should have known better really but we are all after a bargain. Unfortunately with these things you get what you pay for

What is remarkable (maybe even miraculous) about that is the fact that the duplicates have exactly the same wording, spelling and grammar errors. One person writing up the same review might be a coincidence, but all of them is unbelievable. This, apart from the description of the item, makes me suspect the credibility of the seller.

2.31 now is there a code?

Had loads of different cables. My daughter can lose and break cables for fun.
Funny thing is though, the only cable that did anything but stop working was Anker !!
The end melted, i could smell it and nothing plugged in !!!! Luckily enough.
Edited by: "davenfish" 30th Nov 2017

Forgot to mention anker product give you a 18 month warranty on the cable and send you out a new one once you complete a
Faulty form. Not sure on amazon warranty wise with there 12months warranty might be the same ? But good choices won’t regret it!

Ahh...a 53p non-MFi iPhone charging cable. What could possibly go wrong?

Seriously, you can get a proper, MFi certified cable for a few quid. If you can afford an iPhone, you can afford not to destroy it and/or burn your house down with a dodgy 53p charging cable.

More sensible options to charge your iOS device include:

Anker: amazon.co.uk/Ank…ble

Amazon Basics: amazon.co.uk/Ama…ble

Neither of the above will burn your house down or destroy your device and both are MFi certified. That's got to be money well spent, surely?

Have these and they are bad. Beside safety, very slow and disconnect from time to time. I would avoid.

I bought these when they were last on here a couple of weeks ago

They're not very big, but luckily they arrived when they did as we had a power cut that day.

Straight out of the box these lights worked, and were extremely bright.

Not sure how long they're going to last, but decent enough for the price

cant go wrong with a 77p torch..must cost them more to send over

The pictures and description don't match, the pictures show a tail mounted button rather than a top mounted one.

Also, at this price I wonder if it'll come with the 3xAAA battery holder, but you can source them from ebay easily enough for around a quid.

There are always cheap torches to be had, here's a slightly smaller one that take a single AA instead for £1.20:

Solar lights almost always come with the lowest spec rechargeable batteries that don't hold a charge well. Just replace them with a higher capacity more premium brand of rechargeable battery and that is what makes the difference.Positioning/placement is of course also key. Bit of a myth that Solar lights don't work in the UK. They work very well if done properly. The 12V battery on my car is even charged by a panel on the car roof. This is the future of cars and their 12V batteries, it will be standard soon. These lights should work well with a driveway. Have purchased them.

Mine arrived today, ordered on 9th November.

They're a lot smaller than what I was expecting.

Will get them installed this weekend and will update once I've had them on for a few days

Guys...we live in England. And you want to but SOLAR-powered lights??? I bought two of these last year and they are both absolutely naff

These are great I bought 5 a year a go and none work now, they leak, I found insects living in most of them and rusty battery pins. Awesome product 5 stars as long as you only want them in the summer and only for about 1-3 months usage.

That is the ambient light sensor and consumes zero power, unlike this design that uses a separate and power-consuming dedicated ambient light sensor that is simply not required.

Seriously. As a design engineer I know it makes sense. They may be using the panel as the light measuring device, but there will be circuitry using that to perform the light sensing function, which is necessary.

(We may just be treating the term 'sensor' differently.)

30,000 Mah? Not at that size, I expect it's 12,000Mah maximum, most likely less.

Ignoring the useless solar panel (I use this and it does maintain a power bank at 100%), is the size really 30,000 mAh?
