Speaking as a business owner who uses couriers on a regular basis I would strongly advise not to use TNT as they are beyond terrible. This is a personal opinion (although most would agree!) but I would say an average of 8 out of 10 parcels I get delivered by them encounter some sort of problem. I would never put my goods in the hands of TNT even if they offered me free delivery, the stress and high possibility of lost parcels just isn't worth it!

Apple seem happy to use them though

My employer has around 2000 sites in the UK and use TNT for all the internal mail/parcels and have very few issues so they can't be that bad.

google did use them during the nexus 4 sales and all I can say is 6 out of 6 shipments come damaged or broken.

the boxes looked like they were kicked through their warehouse and 3 had TNT tape round them where they performed some Frankenstein repair on the package since it was damaged.

4 of the handsets delivered or picked up from the dept in Bellshill were broken the other two damaged due to mishandling in delivery.

quite honestly disgraceful

as for apple I believe they pay a high fee to have some priority on their contact of delivery it's nothing like the standard TNT deliveries believe me.

hence why Google now don't use them since they had such terrible feedback from disappointed customers

100 kgs will just about get rid of half the mother-in-law! Decisions, decisions, top half or bottom half and where to send her?oO

I would have thought the fact that it's business to business only would make that obvious

If most would agree, how could they possibly still be in business?

The apple contract ; the apple freight goes via the same network as all the other freight, same handlers, same delivery drivers. TNT offer outstanding service and currently provide that service on daily basis to a lot of happy customers & businesses.

Try it for yourself before believing an opinion of a hater.

winno

What else would you expect from a company with a name like that.

Good deal. Saw this advertised on tv.
