I mushrooms! I hash browns! Yippee! x

Nice 1 - Heat Added.

Just round the corner from me, thanks OP x

Harvester breakfast is a better option with all the continental options included, and all hot food cooked to order. But I will eat anything , anywhere ! Heat added.

Breakfast opening hours:

Sunday: 8am - 10.30am

Carvery opening hours:

Monday to Saturday: 12pm - 10pm
Sunday: 11am - 10pm

Great but am I right in thinking they've removed toast from the buffet and it's now an extra? Not that I am bothered as I can't eat gluten so take my own. This menu is available in Basildon btw.

mmmmm, can feel my arteries hardening......

Toby!

Ta OP.

Gravy on BREAKFAST????

Had a recent bad experience at the newly opened "Walls End", near Shiremoor. It was a victim of its own success - so many people there, we waited almost 30 mins to get our breakfast: Toast took an age to get because they stupidly put the toast machine smack in the middle of the general queue (on such a light setting you had to put the bread in 3 times to get any colour on it), no sausages for ages because they refused to top up with a fresh batch until the very last sausage (which looked very sorry for itself) was taken. Been to the Cleadon Village one before - very odd arrangement whereby you have to pay for parking and then get it back by way of discount (it was well stocked and had few patrons in when we went) - there's nowt else there of interest there to fill the car park with non-Toby patrons.

About 6 months ago we had some truly awful sawdust sausages in the Kingston park branch and recently had some gorgeous leeky sausages from the wolviston branch - why don't they standardise their ingredients? Toby breakfasts can be very good or very bad, depending on which branch you visit and how busy they are when you get there.

Had a very tasty Harvester breakfast recently at the Metrocentre branch, but the 30 min wait from ordering to receiving was poor - i'm sure they do it to ensure you don't pig out on a top-up plate because you don't want to wait an extra 30 mins. It wasn't even busy (about 12 other people in) - I much prefer the Toby method, when you get a good one.

Where's the black pudding?

they used to do sausage anyhoo. Lincolnshire ones i think. hope they still got them

Check your local one before going! This is the menu for the cleadon village one, not all of the carveries do all these items! Just checked the Bolton one and its not got half this stuff.

I thought that too - it was a sad day when they stopped doing black pudding

I couldn't be bothered to read this - is it for, or against Toby?

possibly this is the reason behind your username ?

always had hash browns at mine and sausages... but it was missing a plum tomato lol

I would suggest you check the Food Hygiene rating in your Harvester. One of my local ones only had a 3. Many stories of chefs being seen handling raw meats then cooked meats without doing anything in-between.

Oooh now I'm hungry!

That is 33p an item and that is what is wrong with all the fatties: Food … That is 33p an item and that is what is wrong with all the fatties: Food is only ever measured in quantity, never quality. It seems even weirder when these are the same people that insist on a high specification laptop, a better type of TV, or a specific brand of clothing. Yet when it comes to food, which they put in their body and it will directly impact on their health, it's all about quantity and never about quality.

Lmao... Totally agree with this statement... Spot on... I almost choked on my pot-noodle...

It's no wonder Britan's arterial roads are blocked with offers like these.

always had these items at my local, however the Toby's up my way only do breakfast on a Friday and Saturday

Went for our third time for a breakfast in a Tobys the other day and was a bit disappointed. Food was constantly running out and rather unclean cutlery, second time this has happened too. Also had to pay extra for mushrooms. Admittedly we did have a good experience the second time, so I guess it's just luck? still a cracking price so if you're not too fussed over service

Heart attack city

No veggie sausages????

that's an odd thing to say - I'm not 'stalking' and I'm not Rain Man, but I remember seeing an earlier comment from you earlier today

What's odd about that? When a complete stranger is preparing your food - you want them to know about food hygiene and take it seriously.

No veggie eggs? Sick of the discrimination against veggies. Misogyny

I have just looked at the menu and it says you can ask for quorn sausages

Wish they would include tea in the price

Yep, it's really no problem for them - just ask and they'll pop a couple in the basket with the real sausages.

OK....let's say it again....by the time you add juice, cereal, yogurt, toast/marmalade, tea/coffee this is over a £10 'deal'!

Premier Inn for £8.75 with kids up to 16 eating free is by far a better deal.

This is an eat as much as you can deal and some people will be going for a lot more than 12 items. That is strange - you can't even eat a laptop, tv or clothing.

I agree - a taxi to and from wouldn't harm either.
