Seems a good item though I'm sure I'll be inundated by people telling me how bad this is for a kid's development.
Toys R Us for example seem to do something similar.

At this price I don't think we need to worry too much about being stung by customs.

I just went with holding their hands

There's always so much pressure getting children to do things early and quickly.
They will walk when they are confident, their body and mind is developed enough, and they are ready.

I am almost certain that children can learn to walk without one of these.

Yes and no... in essence how is this different to the baby walkers that we've all plonked our little ones in? It's just another way of teaching them motor skills while they are not able to support themselves.
