selling like hot cakes once listed on hot deals.

3 Box sets for £24 on Amazon with Prime at the moment.

A couple of good ones included in the offer are:
Tom And Jerry - Complete Volumes 1-6
Top Cat: The Complete Series
Wacky Races - Complete Collection
The Pink Panther Cartoon Collection
Justice League Collection

I bought this for my now 18 year-old niece about 10 years ago - Tom & Jerry was the only cartoon that she paid full attention to, in nappies - she was obsessed with them for years!

You find nowadays that most of the cartoons are edited to bits - can't remember if it applies to this box set.

Edit: According to Amazon they are cut, which is a real shame. One comment also alleges "cropping images, redubbing the voice of the maid". !!

"Great collection, but yes there are a lot of cuts here, and in some of the very best cartoons. The worst offender is the Oscar-winning "The Little Orphan", in which the whole climactic sequence has had to be butchered and re-edited - ruined, really - to accommodate the excision of a blackface gag. (Oddly though, "Mouse Cleaning" and "Casanova Cat", the two cartoons with the most blatant blackface gags, are included unscathed. If you want to get upset by a 50-year old cartoon, there's your chance.)
These cartoons aren't just fun diversions for the kids, they're important pieces of cultural history. We might not like some of the attitudes they reflect, but to pretend they never existed is to invite them to return. If you're afraid of offending anyone, add a disclaimer or a warning on the disc. Publishers of classic cartoons should keep their grubby scissors away from them - especially if they're going to present them as a "Collector's Edition"."
