I would suggest using these 8 months plus as too big, got one of these with a feeding bowl pack and baby still finds it too big at 1yr old age. I would suggest the vital baby soft tip spoons and munchkin white hot spoons for early weaning. Munchkin.

I’ve used these with my little boy straight away when we weaned and didn’t find them too big. I found the smaller spoons are too small and didn’t hold the purées well. Whereas the tommee tippee ones are much better at keeping it all on the spoon
