Not voting hot or cold as someone will no doubt see the advantage in this, but seriously, another kitchen appliance? Why buy another blender if you have one already. A needless product for me as I have a blender albeit it bigger, which is advantageous as I can prepare baby food in bulk and then freeze it

I don't have a large blender as I just don't have enough worktop space to have one out all the time. The advantage of one of these are they are small to keep out or to store away but the perfect size to make about 5-8 feeds at a time (I personally find) which is just perfect for me & my son.

Hot, is this a national deal?

Again I find it pointless. This item is intended for weaning, current uk guidelines suggest weaning starts at 6 months and purees are not needed. I guess you could use the blender for making family soups etc, rather than just baby stuff!! Dont know how big this is though, so maybe not great for family soups etc

I paid £13 for mine just a few days ago

Guidelines schmidelines. My son had really bad reflux and when I started weaning him he gagged and even choked on anything with even the slightest lumps, had to blend eveything. Each baby is different, some people will find this item a godsend.

I find this blender great for making a portion for my 6mth old while serving the family meal, and easily cleaned in the dishwasher!

We have one in the cupboard. It certainly didn't see much use.
