Any ideas what the sizes mean?
They give collar sizes (which I understand) related to shirt size 39-44 (6 sizes),
but no indication what Tommy Hilfiger sizes are (5) !
£5 to collect?

That sounds like what Lacoste and Ted Baker do, rather than calling their sizes a XS, S, M, L, etc they them a 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.

The best thing to do is to take your individual measurements around your collar and chest and then refer to the official Tommy Hilfiger size chart.

you get £5 HoF voucher back when you pick up your order.
Ordered these last week - be careful you have to post them back to obtain refund other than that it's a voucher refund if returned to shop - I didn't pick up my order as had ordered 6, wanted 3 so ordered m and l

That seems good, thanks, (I'm 16, 16" collar) so that makes me small (strange)

Damn, that didn't take long. And I used to like House Of Fraser as well.

Welcome to the world of Mike Ashley

What a joke this is why I stopped ordering online from sports direct, charging me £5 to collect it from their own store. Total joke. Looks like I won’t be buying from house of Fraser anymore . Plus if you order online you can’t return at store if he has changed it to the same as sd

Mike Ashley and sexist racist tax avoider and pension pot plunderer Philip Green - no wonder the British High Street is stuffed! Meanwhile, a snap of Mike Cashley - you'd never think he owns a sports store would you?

I got ripped off by HoF after they were taken over by Sports Direct. Refund for returned items never received. Other items were refunded to gift voucher (despite original payment by CC) and the gift vouchers became unusable/valid days later. I do not trust this company. I don't care how cheap it is I will not shop from HoF again, given the way this company treats customers. You can already see HoF behaving like Sports Direct. £4.99 c&c LMAO. Avoid, not worth the hassle.

As far as I know HoF still aren't issuing gift cards, so if you do return it to store it will be exchange only.
