That's great price , but most people don't have unlimited Data and also using your mobile as a Satnav is not an good option as it dries battery so quick.

Hmm see if I'm lucky but doubt I will get it for that price without something to trade in

I'm always using my mobile for satnav. Yes it will drain the battery but that's what charging cables are for. I've quote happily done a three hour journey using my phones satnav. Waze to be precise.

I've also navigated around the country using the stars.

I did this the other day, it seems that the promotion has been badly managed by HO?? The staff knew nothing about how to implement the deal, I did the reservation online and got the £135 price but they didn't know what to do instore. I volunteered the trade in, simply because I didn't want to rip them off and (more importantly), the device I was trading in was a POS that didn't work well and was years out of date so I couldn't even ebay it.

If you get the deal without trade in, good on you, its their deal, if they don't know how to implement it its their problem. BTW, how have you found the device? not opened this one yet.

Definite with a trade in on applicable devices, if you don't have a trade in, you may get lucky... but its a risk

This uses phones as hotspot and only uses 5 to 7 my per month, had one for about 8 months and excellent

Does the sat nav you trade in have to be working?

Does the sat nav you trade in have to be working?

Definitely didn't check mine and couldn't see it in the conditions, I don't think they care

Went to pick mine up today armed with a really old phone that did Orange Maps.. They never asked.

I just picked up a tomtom 6000 for £183, i didn't give them any satnav to trade in, just gave them my reservation slip and paid for the tomtom, happy days

I didn't trade in any SATNAV , but in the terms of trade says any satnav out of order can be acceptable, but as heard from one of my friends they didn't even bothered to ask to trade in your old satnav .

Good luck

That's great , not only me experienced this without trading , I assume they don't bother to ask or even go through the terms and condition of this offer .

The 20% is for the tech trade in deal, but you don't have to have an old sat nav, Halfords will honour the 20% when you buy a sat nav

Once you reserve the item for collection , this is the message you'll see on the checkout

( Take your old sat nav with you when you collect your click and collect order from store )

This has not expired I used it today 14th June , just reserve online it adds the 20% discount and they don't ask for any trade in, I didn't even have an old one to trade in haha. Thanks for posting this hot. Life time cameras so worth paying this over the go 50

2.5% quidco as well

How do u make it so it's not expired anymore? Class sat nav aswell it's not the cheap screen I'm used to that never works properly it's a glass screen that is far better when you touch it with pinch to zoom like a phone. Bargain I think

An extra 10% off til 2pm today, making it £122.39.

Just got this for £122 so thanks for posting OP - bargain (have the proof if needed)

Ordered new Tom Tom Go510 World Maps from Halfords with 20% Trade-in deal via their website yesterday and collected today from local store saving £34 off the £169.99 list price without having an old sat nav to trade-in. The instore staff just look at print-out and you pay £135.99 better than anywhere online that I found including Amazon.
