Its a good price for a Tomtom one but remember the One V3 is the dumbed down version without bluetooth and missing quite a lot from the One V2
You don't get an SD card slot either so can't change your maps around as your limited to just 512MB of onboard memory..

also £90 with free delviery from amazon.co.uk

personally i tihnk this TT 1v3 would do everything that 90% of the people require anyway, regardless of the 1 or 2 features that were left off compared to the v2

i have a TT520 only because of the bluetooth car kit, which doesnt work very well anyway
and the reading out of SMS which does work well but only with certain mobiles

so a TT for £90 is definately a hot deal

I just bought the navigo for £49 from ebuyer and can put the tomtom software on there - bargain!

yeah true, thought about doing that too but apparently the tomtom has a much better (louder) speaker and the screen is better in bright conditions.

I got this from Amazon a couple of weeks ago for £109, but have since received some money back thanks to PriceProtectr so really only paid the current £90. Very satisfied with the product and the service.

What gives, posted this @ amazon last week £90
which is better as prime get next day delivery and if price drops you get refund, also 4% cashback

That's the beauty of HUKD, you think you post a deal and you get frostbite, somebody elses comes along with exactly the same and they get scorchio, great isn't it:thinking:

Try posting a graphics card deal, they could be giving it away and somebody will tell you it's rubbish or buy this instead for £££ more, or wait 6 moths they until the new ones come out, i'm not bitter though, lol. :-D

great find heat added

Sorry to sound stupid, I dont see it in the spec posted, and all these tomtoms about confuse me

My dads got a tomtom one V4, it has a fixed speed camera watcher and also tells him his speed - does this 1 come with this feature ? and if so will it be upto date when i get it or old data as it is an older model ?

If it does think i'll be deffinitely considering at this price
Thankyou for any help

I have a Tomtom V2 it tells me my speed and estimated arrival time. Also you can add speed camera updates as well from pocketgps where you pay a small fee for a year's worth of updates, or you can get them from Tomtom. I think pocketgps camera updates are the most accurate, anyway someone else could verify if I'm right there. Tomtom V3 can do all this as well.

Tomtom V2 has SD Card slot for storing larger / more maps, it has bluetooth as well for connection with phone for traffic updates etc.
Tomtom V3 doesnt have SD card or BT but it can use the Navcore 8 software and version 8 maps. I've read that V2 can't do this, not sure how accurate that is
Tomtom V4 has an improved windscreen mount, it's also a slimmer unit.

Some basic differences that I know of.
