For some reason, when you add the 12 months Speed Camera Updates to the basket, it now comes up at £15.95 rather than £19.95.

Add the discount code TTUK08 and you get £8.00 off:

Speed Cameras Europe - 1 year Download GBP 15,95 GBP 15,95
Discount voucher # TTUK08:

Each voucher code is only valid for one transaction, and its full value will be deducted at the time of use. Discount GBP - 8,00
Subtotal: GBP 7,95
Shipping: GBP 0.00
Total: GBP 7,95

+8% quidco. Tracked at £1.07, so comes out at £6.88

Sounds like a bargain to me!!! I believe the code runs out on the 15th, but the price difference could be cancelled at any time.

I know some will vote cold as other downloads are available from torrent sites etc. but for a genuine Tomtom 12 month download for around £7.00 (with quidco), that works out at less than 60p a month.

Just to confirm, I completed the transaction and it went through at £7.95 all ok.

sounds good

will tell my hubby thanx

when do u put the code in? thanx

wish the mobile camera alerts were cheaper.

There would almost certainly be much less piracy if their pricepoint were good value for money.

will let the Father in Law know

Definitely hot!

is it just for update speed camera?

I got this code emailed to me - but when I used it the price was £19.99. I should've waited. heat added

Will look at this when I get home, thanks.

Excellent. Thanks. Did not work with Opera as showed at £19.99 when in basket but worked ok when used with IE8.

Yep

worked for me...voted HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHot

do you have any codes for map update want to charge me 39.95 for uk and noi ouch

Good deal if you want updates from TomTom, but the camera database at PocketGPSWorld is considered to be more accurate. About £19 I think, and dead easy to install in a TomTom.
pocketgpsworld.com/

is this for UK only or Western Europe?

Good deal.

I just saved myself £7.95 by driving within the rules of the law. X)

Sorry, that wasn't funny was it.

I used the code to get £8 off a refurb tomtom start , taking the price down to £64.94 delivered

HOT, but in the excitement forgot to get the quidco! error!

Oh, I don't know!
It is well known that these camera databases are used to alert drivers to the presence of accident black spots and other dangerous places; otherwise they wouldn't put cameras there, would they? It is a myth that they are just used for fleecing the public. Can't find my tongue-in-cheek emoticon.

Check out trapster.com great idea and works well I have that and official cameras on my tomtom. Map prices though are extortionate when Google maps exist for free

Nice one, thx for posting.

John

anyone where I can get updates for tomtom one v3 (free if poss)

is this just for the fixed speed cameras (not mobiles)
as the premium service says both mobile and fixed but the normal says fixed cameras
premium one is still at full price of £34.99 minus the £8 discount

That'll be the database that was promised free whilst they built it, then charged for it once it was complete. I'd rather give TomTom my money.

Used the welcome123b code and got the speed cameras for £3.99.
