Most of the car holders i purchased last about a month. Although this is slightly expensive than the unbranded ones this feels more durable , suction works well and can work with variety of mobile phones. Same one is sold on Amazon for £17 which includes a charger but charger can be purchased seperately for couple of pounds. Therefore i think this is a good deal

Thanks.

Bought this when it was £7.99 good phone holder sticks well

Ordered thanks. Have had a few in the past that shake so much I can't read the screen using navigon! I hope this one works.

If you have a big phone then this is no good. Bought it for my Galaxy Note (ok maybe i was optimistic) but no good so gave it to my wife with a nexus 5 and still didn't fit. I'm sure it fits lots of other phones though including Apples and smaller android phones.

i have the bluetooth version of this, as I too got sick of cheap phone holders lasting a few weeks. Had it since december and its been rock solid.

anyone tried this with a LG G2?

Would it be good for galaxy S4?

Would it be good for galaxy S4?

The mount and charger fits all phones with 100-127.5 mm tall or 54-80.5 mm wide as quoted from the ad

From my quick google search on dimensions it wont fit either the LG G2 or S4 unless it's an S4 mini

Damn, wont fit my lumia 920 or note 2 then...

Why wouldn't it fit a phone that's 100-127.5mm wide?

The Nexus 5 is 69.17mm wide and this holder apparently holds a phone 54 - 80.50 mm wide, so what was the problem? Interested in buying this so genuine question.

Likewise, the LG G2 is 70.9mm wide so just within its width.

it holds my nexus 5 and mines in a spigen case

Fits my nexus 5 ok. You have to change the clips so they are holding it width ways.

fits my Sammy S4 just fine. Cracking phone holder. Best one ive used so far, its stable and has plenty of adjustment for different positions.

I bought a nonslip mat from the pound shop, cut it half and put it over the rev counter, then placed phone on it.

Bought this last time it was on offer. good suction and fits my Nexus 4 with the official Google bumper, though had to change the clip side ways.

Are these genuine?

nice one. thanks

Will be perfect for the Oneplus one sideways, cheers.

Personally, if you've got a big screen - you wouldn't have it facing portrait anyway - Certainly not using it for SatNav!

are these genuine tom tom?

Max height suggests this is not suitable for a Moto G but it it fits a (taller) Nexus 5, then it should be okay. Think I might give it a go.

will it be suitable for hold and charging at the same time. Looks like the charging port will be covered

FYI, this does fit a Note 3 etc - you can change the position of the arms to either hold the phone at the top and bottom (good for smaller phones) or from the sides (good for larger phones). Either way, you can still rotate the holder to show the phone either landscape or portrait.

IMO the holder is good, the suction mechanism is particularly efficient. The only downside is the arms aren't spring loaded like other phone models so you need two hands to release them, insert your phone and then secure them.

You can adjust where the grips sit, so should work with any handset that fits.

Heat added and ordered. Thanks

Heat - thanks and ordered!!

Still in stock, why expired?

ordered, just hope it fits.

thanks

Anyone wanting a good holder for the larger size phones could do a lot worse than this:

Not the cheapest, but flipping good!!!!

Works well with my S3 in it's Casemate Tough Case.

S4 around 140mm tall, so apparently not though "wassap" says otherwise.

Yes it fits but with the clips on the sides rather than top and bottom, which is better for the S4 as the charging port is on the bottom.

Went for this in the end - http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B008RN6Q3W

link you have added for iphone 4 not for smartphone i have motorola g

Thanks OP - have just ordered

Have some heat!

Ordered 1, seems to have great reviews. I'll need to mount my phone landscape, but that's better as I'll primarily be using this for sat nav, and it leaves my micro usb accessible (Huawei Ascend P6)

A stick on mount. How very 2012.

YES I use it with my S3 (in a chunky casemate holder) with no issues, it grips the sides of the phone (not top and bottom) and i can charge it too then the arms have a weird foam which is quite gripps and I have had no issues with the phone moving etc

Agreed. Have a look at the 2nd picture in the link. The arms can be rotated / moved.

I've had no issues with my N5 in the case.

I have bought it last time and used with a note 3 and now I'm happily using with htc m8. You can only do it in horizontal position though but that works best for sat nag anyway:)
