Use the code satnav20 to get £20 off this product.

Seems like a good deal, especially with Father's Day coming.

Sorry have to vote cold due to the product range dumbing down by TomTom to try force you to buy the more expensive model. This has a 4.3" screen but it is lower resolution than every other sat nav with a screen the same size. It also has a cut-down (note: crippled features) menu system. It is good for what it does, but nowhere near as good as the older models. Many people were surprised to find the XL IQ 2 was worse than the previous XL IQ it replaced.

I've got an XL IQ (1) and I quite like it. I 'only' paid £119 for it at the time when it was still fairly new to the range.

I did come from the 'original' chunky Tom Tom GO which is obviously a step up in every way but it's not as if I wasn't aware of what had been made since then.

With the code, I think it's a half decent price.

no sd slot, cold from me

im looking for a tom tom been looking at the xxl 5in does any body now if it any good referb £109

The screen is pretty bad compared to Garmin Nuvi 255w. Also it only has British Isles maps. I would save a tenner and get the 255w with UK and Europe maps, free update and a screen you can see when the sun shines on it Amazon Link

wow.. was thinking of a new satnav and this has a really good price.. it really shines over more expensive tomtom?

The garmin has probably the best points of interest built in too, just about every mcdonalds and petrol station in in there

I nearly bought one of these
But I had a look at the one that my workmate had just bought and I couldn't believe how many options/settings were missing. The screen also looked to have very washed out colours

I instead got my Go 910 repaired for £20 odd. I have to say that is what I call a sat nav. Love it
