Just been to Homebase Bredbury (Stockport), they had some Garage tool chests in there from around £85 upwards

They had a huge one in stainless steel for about £800 (about the size of a welsh dresser) but the best one seemed to be £399 which was stainless steel, about 5 feet wide by 3 feet high with a solid wooden top

Sorry to be a bit vauge but well worth a look if your are in the market

The two dearer ones had superb looking castor wheels on them, the one at around £85 might be cheaper than a similar one at halford

You need to go and check the exact prices and is it worth what your looking at as I didn't take too much notice.

They did seem good value though.

The one at £399 was superb when I closed the draws, they glided effortlessly.

My local also had some cheap ratchet spanners and other tools(all new lines), seems like their moving in on Halfords turf, only problem no lifetime warranty.

I was talking to a staff member about these recently as was looking to buy the 200 piece professional kit and apparently all parts including moving parts in Ratchets are now covered. Always worth asking in your local store when buying but hopefully they are being a bit more flexible now!

Saw the £399 tool cabinet and agree great value, looks like Homebase's is getting taken over by Australian company who concentrate more towards diy so home furnishings are going
