Top 3DS Games - between £2 and £12 at CeX (2 year warranty included - add £1.50 p&p per game for online orders)

I have made a list of some 3DS games between £2 and £12, conveniently listed below in a price order of lowest to highest. You do get what you pay for, so if you're looking for something a bit more exciting, take a little scroll to the next budget in the list. I hope these are useful, especially if you have kids that have a 3DS or 2DS looking to spend some of their (or your) pocket money! Remember, these games can be played on a 2DS console without the 3D viewing feature. I have missed some games I don't think are worth sharing out. Finally, the prices below are the prices at time of posting and are in stock at time of posting. I have no control over the stock levels and prices changing - enjoy!

£2 can get you...

£2.50 will bank you...

£3 will score you...

Stretch to a fiver...

£6...

Sorry £6 is so short - this was added last-minute!

Make the jump to £8...

Finally, for £12...

Those are my top picks. You can find more £12 games ---> here <---

Hopefully this post is useful to at least a few HotUKDealers. It took me a while, so I'm going for a nice refreshing Pepsi Max now.

Nice post, heat
2yearwarrantylol

Cex night day that but most stores won’t honour it or make stuff up and claim you’ve damaged it , not the one they sold etc Their complaints people are clueless as well and just ignore you until you chargeback or PayPal claim.
Fantastic, nice job @andrewworrall1
Heat for the effort. Good list.

Heads up on one game - I've noticed two CEX listings for Spy Hunter 3DS

39890835-s8c14.jpg
Only 1 in stock for £2.50

39890835-ZNDDq.jpg
Typically retails for £3.50
Most of the £12 games are that price new and I'm not seeing many Top titles in the cheap end.
Great job OP! Heat added for the research and effort!

2 year warranty is pointless on most of the things they sell anyway e.g. games, films and music either work or don't work when you get them, they won't suddenly just stop working.

More useful on devices and components. I actually had to return an SSD to them about a year ago, which they were totally fine with (change of mind rather than any fault). That said I bought online and only dealt with them online, I never set foot into an actual store, so maybe that is the best way to deal with them?

Plus there is always social media IME any company of significant size absolutely hate to see comments from disgruntled customers on their twitter page for all to see and will often do more to help than if you had just emailed/called them....
Some good work there op, heat added Andrew

Great post! What's the best way to source a Nintendo 3DS hand held console? Better to buy used or is there not much price difference if getting a good deal on new?

Thanks. I'd probably buy a used one, unless it's not much more in price to get it new. If you don't want the 3D viewing feature then a 2DS would be a better option (although it won't fit in your pocket as it doesn't close together like the 3DS does). If you can let me know your budget I'll have a look around online for you
Michael Jackson the experience?! I'm sold!

Quite a few of them were actually cheaper new from Argos recently too.
Happy home designer is currently under £7 new on Amazon
Im still pis**d about their delivery. Used to be free then a £1 for the order and then £1.50. Now its £1.50... Seriously f off being greedy. Do like other companies do an just charge £3.99 and let us by whatever we want. By time you factor in postage you ended up spending half as much on postage as the Damn things
Top? for £2 i will save people money start from the £12 for some half decent games
Returns entirely depend on your local store. I’ve got good relationship with my local but they are tough on returns - another local store are a lot more relaxed about returns so if there’s something dodgy then I’ll just go to them as it’s easier
Is there an easy way to find which store has the game? Online adds £1.50 per item for delivery that's insanity.

You can check the stock levels on the CeX website product listing pages. They are usually accurate stock levels as they are updated automatically as soon as something is bought or sold to them

Great post. Thanks.
As stated above my issue with cex is that you could buy 5 items and get charged 5 separate delivery fees.

Yeah, they are pretty scummy overall.

There's a decent possibility that the items will be shipped to you from five different stores, depending on where their stock is located.
