    This is a FAIL on Top Gear's part. The voucher give you £2.95 off the £4.10 listing and hence is £1.15 for the mag.

    Only 15p I know, so I paid it and found inside there's a subscription offer of 5 for £5. So in the end you can still get the mag for £1 an issue.

    How strange - just bought a copy from WH Smith - cover price of magazine is £4.10. Cashier said that the voucher would only deduct £2.95 off that cover price, so had to pay £1.15. Still, a cheap read nonetheless.

    Maybe the price variance is regional?

    Yes it is. Quite ironic considering it's a BBC product.

    Even stranger is the 3 different prices people are paying. Seems like North England pays more then the South.

    Thanks to OP - picked up a copy from Asda in Bury this afternoon and the cover price was £4.10... still cheaper than paying full price and my hospitalised father in law will enjoy it. Bizarre regional pricing though!

    Just tried to buy a copy but they only had the buyer guide spring edition for £4.95 so managed to bag that instead for a quid, always a good read and gives you the chance to dream about buying the latest supercar
