great pump , good price, i paid about £24 i think maybe more, great to use , if you're still using a normal pump and haven't got one of these to check the pressure before a ride then get one.

is it a topeak?

@vdey - Try this and also aldi one, you will be surprised!!! Trust me i have used lots of them, but topeak quite a good one, a mate of mine has been using for last couple of years and still going strong

Got the Topeak sport ii for similar price a while back (as slightly higher psi required) and it's great. So heat added

This is an excellent pump. I paid more when I got mine in Halfords.

Jesus this is a great price.
yes you can get one from aldi or lidl, but the wall it won't be anywhere near the same.

I don't have this model I bought a different one from amazon which does the job to about 130 psi but the Joe blow ( my bro in law has one) pumps the tyre much quicker, grips the valve much better, the gauge is more accurate and feels a lot better overall.

For 20 notes this is very good

*quality

Good pump.!

Amazing pump

If my Joe Blow that I bought over 10 years ago wasn't still perfectly fine I'd stump up for this! Lets hope they continue to make them as well as they used to!

Now I understand what my friend means when he's just come from the gym.

What is this like, what's the weight like. Does it feel like the plunger handle will snap or fall away etc. Is it sturdy.

[EDIT] Sounds like it's mostly plastic, think i'll pass.

on further inspection i have the sport II, so i apologize, but if that is anything to go by this will be a great pump.

Yeah, what do they know. You just pass.

For anyone else, these things are awesome.

i went pump mad when i got mine, i was finding more things to pump, i was even tempted to ask friends if they needed anything pumping , but soon realized i had taken it to far, now it just sits near the front door and gets used everytime the bike leaves the house.

Obviously not but it is good until it comes apart and whacks you in the chin!

All these comments are just a lot of hot air

I have one, its good.

I have had many cheap variants from Aldi/lidl because I wanted a second cheap one. All are terrible compared to this. When my current one dies I'm going to suck it up and spend the money.

I bought the Clas Ohlson one when it was half price for £9.99 sure its the same as this,Really good quality and miles better than the ones from Aldi and Lidl

1/4 of the price and 3 year warranty Click here :P

Might be hard to find but not a bad alternative if you can find one and don't want to spend too much

Paid 29.99 from wiggle about a year ago, great pump!

Gives a great blow job!

have got the Lidl one myself. Blows my road bike tyres up to 120 psi and am very happy with it. Sure this one is better quality, so depends what you can afford

brilliant pumps, much better than other brands too (i've tried Draper, Halfords own and Aldi... or Lidl, cant remember).

Paid £40 for mine 2 years ago, still works like new.

Great Pump-Great Price

hmmmm.......mines gradually giving up the ghost ( bottom is becoming detached)

seems a possibilty

I used to work in the Bikehut at my local hellfrauds and we used nothing but these on the floor and out the back for repairs and builds. Bombproof they are

Another Joe Blow user here, best pump I have ever experienced.

Prefer the metal pumps to these plasticky ones.

I have this one:

£29.99 free delivery plus you can get a £5 code if you sign up their newsletter so £24.99 delivered.

Wooden handle, metal base and feels a lot longer lasting.

Add some DT Swiss nipples (12p) to get it over £30 to use code.

If I wasn't as cool and already using Nitrogen to fill my tyres, then I may consider this.

Don't mix this up with the sport version. I've got the sport version and it's all metal, apart from the handle. Quality compared to my Blackburn one is fantastic, and weighs quite a bit.
This one appears to be more "composite", plastic in other words. I'd personally spend a bit extra (as I did) and get the sport version. Can see mine lasting a very long time.

Went through a couple of the cheap ones from the likes of Lidl before getting my Joe Blow. It has been pumping my Road Bike Tyres to 110 for a couple of years now. Excellent and reliable pump. If you have a road bike you need one of these.

Can you use these on proper bikes?
