Why? “Free” VPN companies still need to make money, either via tracking, selling your data, or using your device as an exit node

All things your paid-for VPN might also be doing for all you know. Mine funds itself by donations.

And who is this "donation only supported" VPN that you speak of? If you named them, maybe they'd get more "donations". Also, how do you know that they're not also selling on your data?

They log your sessions. I'm out.

Don't feed the troll. OK, I'm guilty here also The VPN he suggested instead have awful reviews. Their performance is very poor' they log your sessions, have zero support and only offer 4 locations (where there is probably more logging of your activities). If you really want a VPN, just pay for a good one.

They don't log your "sessions". They log your IP address and the time of the connection, but not your traffic. They keep those logs for a week. That is up front, stated on their website. Their European servers are hosted in Romania, "which is one of the best locations for privacy" because they have no mandatory data retention laws, as exist in many other countries. As for performance. my broadband in my rural location is not particularly fast. If you have high speed fibre, then maybe you would see a bottleneck in the VPN, but I don't.

Finally, if you describe everyone who has a different point of view from your own as a troll, then you are a bigot.

The one you had put up. The Anonymous VPN and Regular Dedicated IP with the added extra IP under the Available Addons
which I think is the correct way to do it ? Never used torguard before and thanks for your reply.

No you are getting the wrong link and product. Delete this from your shopping cart and go back to the homepage and choose Streaming Bundle then choose the period you want and add it to the cart. This will give you two Ip addresses.

Oh thanks, I do see it now. Is the dedicated IPs only UK, USA and Japan. How many connections can be used at any given time for the dedicated IP as I was thinking of getting it for Netflix USA. Thanks

They say 8 Connections for regular VPN. I am not sure if this applies to Dedicated Ip too. I would personally do 4 connections at the same time. As for example Netflix allows 4 connections to the same account at the same time.

Thanks for the help. Much appreciated
For anyone interested in the biennual subscription - the steps to get it in the basket are a nightmare. If you select a package which only displays up to annual and then select biennual it will tell you the code doesnt apply. What I did was log in, go to order new services, add the bundle, select 2 years, add the code and it works, $100!
Thanks OP!
Sadly torguard not working for Disney+ but other VPN’s do

Did you use a Streaming IP or just the regular VPN with shared static IP?
