One of the best charcoal grills on the market - and for the price its a whole lot of grilling too! Packed with features normally seen on a "grande BBQ" The Toronto Charcoal BBQ is supplied ready to assemble and has great features such as a lid and trolley base. A built in temperature gauge allows you to control the temperature for different styles of cooking such as low and slow smoking or high temperature steak grilling - all topped off with a bottle opener for the chefs beer!

I have the model just below this (basically without the hooks) best bbq i ever owned but i have owned some horrors, at this price i HIGHLY recommend it
Supplied ready to assemble?
I got this model from Amazon for £80 at the end of august (now £101) and I think it's a brilliant bit of kit. Well worth getting the genuine cover if going to be outside for the winter.
link to cover on amazoj

Worth noting it is like a massive mecchano set when you unbox it. Says need 2 people for one part but I managed it all on my own without much swearing.
Once I got married promised myself I wouldn't have a bit on the side
I have this one is great BBQ!
Great features such as a lid and trolley base.... This BBQ is amazing I have never seen a BBQ with a lid or a base let alone a trolley base before!

This style of bbq is excellent. The fact that it has

1) a tray for collecting ash,
2) temperature gauge for cooking in different ways (as mentioned by op)
3) a cover,
4) most importantly the feature to raise and lower the coal. This definitely helps with using less coal, as when the coal is getting to the end, some have a great height for the heat to reach and take very long to cook, but on this you can raise the coal with the wind-up handle on the right hand side.

One thing I'd be cautious with, is the build quality. I've checked a Landmann one in homebase which was around £175 and this summer I saw one in wilko for £70-80 (another brand). I was very amazed but after checking it up, realised that the difference was not in the functionality but the quality of craftsmanship and how smooth everything worked, I. E. The wind-up feature, etc, and could tell that over not too long of a period it would stop functioning. I can't say much about the quality of this, but just thought I'd highlight my findings of 2 very similar different branded products.

I second everything mkara has said. They really are the best you an buy for the price. I paid £85 on eBay and you will find that there are quite a lot being sold off for around that price as it's the end of Summer.

Something to add is how long the coals last in one of these. Being able to raise and lower the coal tray along with being able to open and close air intakes means you can have some control over how quickly the coals last. We used the BBQ over this Summer for parties of up to 25 people, and it just lasted ages. We'd have close to 2 hours of useful heat so everyone could get their fill.
