All Toshiba cards mentioned here are class 10 U3
Good price, these are £10.98 at MyMemory. And I'm in the market for a U3 card that can cope with 4k video after getting the £129 GoPro session deal last week. Heat added.
Bought the twin pack for £17.99 from Base back in 2016. They're legit and good cards just don't leave them protruding from a cardreader in your pocket as one of mine snapped in half, not had an issue with other brands in the same cardreader. Other is still working in a dashcam and I've bought more since, I just take a little more physical care of them now.

Very bad idea using 32GB sized cards for video recording. Just increases wear on them with that constant writing and re-writing to free up capacity. Buy a 128GB card instead - you'll appreciate it in the long run.

Thanks, I'll bear that in mind. I'm only anticipating occasional use currently and probably won't use 4K as my PC can't handle or display it. I have a DSLR for 'proper' video, though I'm more of a stills man.

You're still better off recording at 4K, 2.7K and if necessary, downscaling or cropping as the quality is better than if you were to use a native 1080p source, even if you only have a 1080p monitor. Chrome sub-sampling and all that. There's lots of info about this eg.

Wats the difference between class 3 n class 10 cards

2.7k is best for the cam mentioned

Although for fast action, better using 1080.
cold until 64gb cards come back to the £9.99 Argos price ;-)
Ordered for my son's tablet. Games these days don't seem to care how much storage they need. Days of a game on a 3.5" disk where space and efficient code mattered....

I get the theory but I have had an 8gb one in my dashcam for over 3 years now and still going strong. Reluctant to change something that is working great. I don't need a large capacity card as I only want recordings in the event of an accident.
£8.49 includes FREE UK Postage (other delivery options available)

RRP £7.99
Would this be OK for a dash cam?

I would like to know too. I know that some manufacturers warranties exclude cards that have failed if they find its be used in a dash cam or CCTV camera

It's a British company based in Britain, why would you need to use Paypal in case some something goes wrong. Do you use Paypal for buying newspapers incase the middle page is missing, or milk just in case the foil if missing when you get home!!!!

Main use of paypal is high cost items/foreign purchased items or use a credit card as that gives more (better?) protection.

Probably not class 10 then unless it's faulty, let alone U3. This card would solve your problems.

Tbh, when I click the link, I saw the prices in euros, so I thought that it ll be shipped from abroad.

And as I said, I have claim a payment back in the past, I had to sign forms that I approve legal action and keep checking my bank account as the payment was in and out several times due to the "way the system works". I don't want this hassle for the sake of saving a couple quid.

There is 2.1% TCB too.. Not much, but still..
