just ordered this instore at john lewis yesterday as they price matched argos which has this at £349.99 so got the 5 year warrenty. based my purchase on amazon reviews which seemed good, have i made a mistake on the above review? is it easy to return a tv after trying it out?.

Anyone used the DLNA - I'm looking for a cheap 32 with DLNA...

Brilliant price with freeview HD like, very temtping

I want to 40" version, but is it really worth paying £120 more for an extra 8 inches?

Write your own punchlines...

I've got the 37" version of this and it's great!

I've just set this TV up yesterday and so far it's brilliant, spent the whole day playing COD4 MW2 on my PS3 and it's pretty good. Watched a bit of Channel 4 HD and ITV HD via the freeview and again I like the picture. I haven't had a chance to tweak any of the settings but so far nothing has jumped out at me screaming it's awful. Can't comment on the sound but normal TV is ok, my PS3 runs the sound via a 5.1 amp so that's all cool for school.

My main question is do John Lewis retrospectively price check?

Looks like a very good package like the Sony EX403, but if you can afford it I'd recommend a 100Hz with Freeview HD. I went for the Sony EX503, though over £200 more, its performance is superb!

Bought the 37" version of this TV about a month ago, got it on the Tesco £399 deal.

Had the TV setup for a few weeks now, very impressed with it, great picture, the freeview HD is great for a TV at this price.

The only problem I have had is with my SKY+ box, after getting this TV, my SKY+ remote seemed to stop working, I tried an alternate remote and the same problem,I then noticed the red light on the sky was lighting intermittently when I pressed a button, for every 20 key presses, 1 was registered. After lots of messing around, I found the sky remote light on the sky box worked prefectly when the TV was switched off ???? I have the sky box on a cabinet below the TV, so I just pushed the sky box back 6" into the cabinets and it works perfectly now, so must be some sort of interference from the Toshiba TV.

Just thought I'd mentioned this incase anyone has a similar problem, as I spent an afternoon pulling my hair out with it !

Not a great review by What … Not a great review by What Hifihttp://www.whathifi.com/Review/Toshiba-32RV753/

I would go by owner reviews amazon.co.uk/pro…s=1 rather than a Hi-Fi Magazine that would advise you to spend £50 on a HDMI cable. And it is a TV not an Amplifier, CD Player etc
