would this be suitable for a dashcam?

Don't see why not.
You need a good mlc based SD card for a dashcam ideally, something like a transcend endurance card.
Hi, does anyone know if this would be ok for a Samsung tablet? My daughter has a tab a and after loading a few apps it is out of memory.
What about a phone

What about a phone

Well I've bought for a Samsung note 4 and a action camera
I have been using this in my moto x style for about 3 months it replaced a sandisk card that failed. I am a little disappointed with it doesn't seem to reach any of the speeds that it should and the main apps I have running on it such as tomtom and amazon music seem to take an age to load and run. I moved a couple of apps back to my phone storage and this sorted the prob for them. If i was able to send it back to amazon i would. Not voting either way but I have to say that this deal is better than the price i paid.
Any good for a Switch, was looking at getting the 128gb SanDisk, but maybe I'd get away with this?

Depending on what size of card your phone can officially take you may need to put the card in the phone and erase/format the card in order for the phone to recognise it.
The only negative thing about this card is that people say they are getting around 16mbps write speed, even though it say "U3". Not ideal if you plan on recording 4k footage.

Just bought one myself for the Switch...Can't grumble at this price.
Bad speeds on this, avoid for any dashcam/recordings over 1080p. Also £13.90 was the standard price for this a few months ago on Prime

Thanks Op....... Do they offer a warranty like SanDisk? I had two 32gbs SanDisks in my
dashcams, both went faulty.
Buttttttt Sandisk replaced them and upgraded them to the ones for dashcams for free.........
So am wondering what the warranty is on Toshiba ones??
Thanks 8)D

According to Ebuyer, these come with a 5 year warranty,

Actually can confirm they do:

Oh man, I just got this on the previous HUKD post for 14.90 and they wouldn't price match to this. GBP1 price paid for impulse purchase :P

Like someone above mentioned earlier, these 'standard' Memory Card's are not traditionally designed for Dash Cam's and the like anyway?, etc?.

So you were fortunate, you literally got away with it ... be careful for next time though (because if they had tested your 2 Sandisk to discover that the fail' on those 2 were down to 'user error', etc?, you may literally have been left liable for them ... )

I believe a few of these exact same 64GB Memory Card's a few Year's ago, and ironically, from Amazon as well (but for cheaper too! - £2.50+ less if I remember well?).

But that was just over 2 Year's ago though?, so ...

I believe that for now though, it's one of the cheapest for now, lol. :-)

Yep!, join the Club ...

I too have done 'similar' myself, many many time's in the past also, hehehehehehe.

It's alllll good though. :-D
I've been using the 128GB toshiba micro SD card in my dashcam for a few months now.
Cant fault it been working flawlessly for 1080p full HD recording which is the max resolution for my dashcam.
With it being 128gb it will take a while to keep overwriting the card unless you drive all day every day, smaller cards die quickly when used to continuous video recording.
Thanks OP....

I told them they where used in dashcams and they still honoured the replacements. But I see they can say no. But does it say on their package not for dashcams?

Fair point, as I don't suppose it does.
