At £1200 this must be the cheapest 75” UHD TV around and from a relatively well known brand and an excellent retailer. Haven’t done my research yet on the model itself but may now do so!

Say £999.99 on the pic? Is that a smaller size screen?
Toshiba are great, but the panel will be a Vestel one.
I hope the legs on that TV can be moved more central.... Otherwise you'd need a TV cabinet about 2 metres wide.

That’s what would put me off - test video looked pretty good but then they’d ensure it does!
Shame no HDR.
Vestel, better off going instore and viewing in person before pulling the trigger.

Me, i'd stump up the extra £300 for a Hisense or LG.

Not voting cold as its cheap for what it is.

2 metres wide? ....Why that's no bigger than a wamp rat.
Toshiba is like blaupunkt, Goodman's, Aiwa, Akai, Kenwood etc. which are well known brands from yester year that have licensed the rights to use their name for mass producers like Vestel. I have 2 X 40 inch TV's by 'Toshiba' which are badged Vestel's which aren't bad but the remote function is next to useless but I did only pay £165 each so can't complain

As mentioned, Toshiba no longer make tv's.
It's a cheap Vestel.
Are Costco TVs all 5 year warranty? It's a lot of TV for the money though Vestel needs a 5 year warranty IMO.

Why do you say that when both the Toshiba & DisplaySpecifications websites …Why do you say that when both the Toshiba & DisplaySpecifications websites mention it?- https://toshiba-tv.com/uk-uk/75u6763db- https://www.displayspecifications.com/en/model/97bcf59

You're right, my mistake. It seems to be the only size that has it, 65'' and under don't.

That's a BIG tv!!!
This is a Vestel tv. Look at the bottom of that "Toshiba" website. Its not the proper toshiba website its vestel created
might be better spending 500 quid on a projector, and 600 quid on a good samsung 50 inch tv

Verzel Gummage panel with kebabs and sauce for a brighter panel !!!
I guess it's worth considering that you can't make content show better than the screen is capable of, and so if it looks good in demos then chances are it'll be fine.
An average 75' TV for the price of a very good 55' one.
This TV is in the latest Costco savings booklet, now with £100 off. A cracking price for a 75".

I had another look at this set today while in Costco Edinburgh. They had a 4K movie trailer video on loop - I think it was Incredibles 2 - and it was more or less impossible to fault the picture quality IMHO. Blacks in particular were handled very well. Sure, nowhere near the Sony OLED set just over from it, but then nowhere near that price tag either. Build quality could be better but once it is wall mounted that isn't going to be a major concern. This looks like a serious bargain.
If I only knew someone who worked there. Hmmm
