Thanks for the video link. Quality looks very good in HD. Tempted
I would say much better than Medion or Flip video camcorders

NP mate

niceeeeeeeeeeeee..

looks good camcorder for price not up to sony cannon or panny HD quality but for £89.99 got to be a bargain footage on youtube very good for such cheap camcorder voted hot

yes it is good but i still prefer to pay a little extra and get a digital camera that does HD video.
i handled the previous non HD version of this cemara. to be honest i dont even think its made by toshiba. i felt to cheap.

Bare in mind this isn't actually manufactured by Toshiba, it's rebranded and is actually made by Aiptek.
It's pretty plasticy and feels a bit cheap, but then, it is cheap. The photo's make it look a lot better than it actually is.

Not bad for the price I suppose, but don't expect miracles from it. It retails in the US for under $100, so it's actually overpriced by a fair bit over here.

We bought one of these at the school I work at. Picture quality is pretty good but the microphone is not very sensitive. It also lacks image stabilisation which makes some videos look a bit shakey. We also have the none HD version of this and they are not as good and the menus are just awful. This is much better. And this is a good price. Tempted to get one for myself.

Should also say it lacks any kind of lens cover, but is better built than the none HD version.

Hi, I am thinking of buying Toshiba Camileo S10. I would like to know other people opinions. Shall I spend £400 for Panasonic or Canon HD camcorder or half the price of it for Toshiba Camileo S10. Will I get noticeable improvement?Any Expert advise please...........

Amazing! Almost bought this for amazon price...this seems like a steal. Unless anyone can recommend a better product for this price??

I Bought the S10 when it was a TSV on QVC for £125. I suppose it's a personal choice, but I thought that the S10 looked a great gadget, and I so much wanted it to be of good quality. But the fact is it is nothing much more than a toy.you could never seriously use it as a replacement for a standard camcorder.Yes it would be fine for You tube footage or solely for outdoor filming with little moving around, but do not plan on it replacing your standard camcorder to film your 2 week holiday abroad. I was sending it back to QVC but mother in law ( who has never had a camcorder, and isn't fussy ) said she would have it, so I sold it to her.

why not get a digital still camera with HD recording there are a few about now with hdmi on them as well would think will be better than this one .You can get samsung Nv25 HD for not much more with will be far better camera than this one as this is not Toshiba just toshiba name

does anybody know if this includes a memory card at this price?

The camera is not made by Toshiba only badged. Got one for my daughter at xmas (9 year old) very easy to use, decent video and sound. You pay for what you get. Picture stability not best but just by cheap tri pod.
