Can I use this in dashcam n cctv?

I've been using one of these in my camera and have had no issues at all (touch wood), including high speed burst and 4k recording. I picked one up when they were cheap last year thinking prices for large micro/sd cards would be dropping - no such luck.

It will work yes, but most likely won't last before breaking and I'm pretty sure using in dashcam voids warranty, you can buy cards specially designed for HD video constant recording type things like dashcams or cctv

I use a SanDisk SDSDQQ High Endurance Video Monitoring card in my dashcam, if you search that but I imagine other manufacturers have their own versions.

A helpful HUKDer (Don't remember who) posted this guide in another thread and I book marked it.
Aimed at US market so specifics will not apply; but gives good summary info on different manufacturing technologies, speeds and recommendations etc.

Depends what you need it for, this is a U3 card which is superior to the 128GB and 200GB card deals you may have seen recently.

Absolutely, I just needed more space.

Hey all,
Did anyone order any of these?
Got mine today and the delivery note says I've been charged full price (so no discount code applied).
I haven't had a chance to check my account yet but is it normal for the Delivery Note to not show discounts?

In all honesty I never noticed, but just checked my bank account and the correct amount was debited from my card. Made me panic for a second lol.

Hey cecilmcroberts,
Thanks for having a look, that makes me feel better. Can't check my account for a while so good to know all was well.

The price of this has gone up but with the code it's come down.
You can get 2 of them for about £29 by applying the second code.

Just paid £15.44 delivered with the code. Many thanks OP!
