Don't know it, but an SSD, i5 and Passmark of 3505 should make it snappy enough

Granted the processor in this one is slightly faster. But from what I can see its an extra £120 for the SSD.

£120 for a faster processor, the SSD, 8 hours (vs under 3) battery life and that it's a Satellite Pro which is an entry level business model rather than an entry level consumer model. The build quality of a business model even at the low end is massively above any consumer machines under £500 (if not more expensive). Having gone that direction with my laptop needs I would never go back to buying consumer models.
