Thought I should share as I bought one on the weekend and I’m very happy with it. I have installed all of my 100 pc games onto it and it still has room! It’s quite quick as well not as quick as my small SSD but I can’t justify the high SSD prices to replace my SSD at the moment.

Nice price, shame I didn't need one 🤔

Yeah it was a big upgrade from my second hard drive I had 300mb and 5600rpm harvested from an old laptop

Hmmm to buy or not? What's the warranty on these drives? Keep coming across people saying 4tb drives are more reliable, such as the x300

Pretty good for a spinning drive.

can u get an external usb3 case to use as ps4 expansion?

Look on ebay for a HDD Caddy.

I have a X300, I think the only difference between the P and X is the cache size.

Would this be any good for running Steam games from?

That’s exactly what I am using it for and it is perfect for it.

I went with the Seagate 2TB SSHD instead. Slightly more but came with a copy of Assasins creed so not too shabby. Cheers.

Yeah I saw that deal but I’m not an assassins creed fan. Never really got into it.

Backup data and put the harddisk somewhere safe.
I might get some of these to use once only.
Vacuum seal in a bag.
