Came on here to post it and found this lol.
My only concern is you have to register within 7 days of the purchase/invoice date and need the serial number to register, so any delivery problems could cause an issue there, especially as I went for super saver deliver.
Edit - decided to take out a prime trial and upgrade it to a pre 1pm delivery on Tuesday - only £4.40
I ordered mine Last night With Super saver delivery, Dispatch estimate is 5th October, so hopefully should be ok. I've never had problems with Amazon delivery before. I will tell you when Ii arrives.
I have been looking around for a 37'' 1080p lcd for months, And this is the best spec for the money by far. Hope eveyone who bought it likes it! :-D
I put in the order straight away, called Amazon today and the guarantee me delivery by the 8th :):)
For the spec and comments about the tv..and the £100 cashback this is a cracking deal, dont know why the heat isn't as so good
£428 for a Toshiba 100HZ, 1080p Full HD tele, 37" is brilliant...check other sites, you won't be able to beat this for this tv
What does the "Sold by: Amazon EU S.a.r.L." S.a.r.l mean?

I think all goods sold by Amazon UK are sold contractually via EU SARL - the SARL is a French company, a bit like the "Ltd" in the a UK co.
As far as I know there's absolutely nothing to worry about - this isnt pixmania we're talking about .........

T&Cs state the Address to send the claim to is:-
Send all applications from UK addresses to: Toshiba LCD TV Q4 Cashback 2009 Offer, PO Box 125, Uckfield, TN22 6UZ. (Recorded delivery is recommended).
Edit - Also mines at the ready for dispatch stage.
Edit 2 -
When you make your first purchase using the card a credit of £15 will be applied to your credit card, meaning if you buy something for £100 you will only have to pay back £85.
that is an incentive they have running for you to take out a credit card with them. They give you £15 back on your 1st purchase over £100 or something like that.
Post code is TN22 5UZ

So you would take the word of one forum poster over the address posted on the terms and conditions? - any reason?
Just done some googling and the same person has a slightly more indepth thread here - avforums.com/for…tml
Also if you google TN22 5UZ you get a list of other competitions using that postcode, you dont get the same with 6UZ.
Royal Mail don't recognise the published postal code.
Googling the only RM address premises as 5UZ is RMI - they specialise in coupon redemption.
Yep - Think I'll use 5UZ.
Hope this isn't the same.
The stand that is advertised on the same Amazon page looks good value at £49.99 - anyone got one of these?
Paul
Have a similar one I purchased from Amazon. Quality is fine and looks amazing when clean !
Thanks
For the 42" but 37 is a version on a theme?

Anything I should be aware of if I go for this model? It's still got the £100 discout so works out at £549.
With your consumer rights, the sale of goods act and the free 3 year warranty with this Tosh the John Lewis can whistle for my money
