just checked deal has already been posted, my mistake.

Has been submitted already. I ordered it for xbox one. Great item. Also in black.

My comment is pointless. still a good item though

The black one at same price isn't the same drive, doesn't come with 10gb cloud storage.

Does anyone know if I could open this up, take the HDD out and use it on my PS4?

Yes, I am going to do that. I have 2 seagate expansions, but this is £5 cheaper, so may as well swap.

Burning hot for 2TB portable HDD at this price

Good drive but why have 2tb drives gone up since xmas as looking to get another. I paid £54.99 from amazon for seagate expansion 2tb portable usb 3 drive and now the likes of argos want £69.99 for it!

Curious if the 10gb cloud storage is Dropbox, Google drive, Box.... Anyone know?

The black 'canvio' 2tb hdd was same price with 10gb cloud when I bought mine. It is now £74.99. Laziness on my part for not double checking.

Exactly as i mentioned in an earlier post. All the prices shot up at xmas and now have been 'reduced' but are still more than a month ago :-(

So has anyone actually removed this drive from its caddy and if so, is it the fatter drive that won't fit in a laptop or PS4. This is a different drive to the Canvio Plus.

All portable drives are 2.5" as the power supplies from a USB port is sufficient to power them, whereas all 3.5" require a mains supply. This will 100% fit a PS4/Laptop.

Have a number of different Canvio designs and all (2tb models) turned out to be 12.5" mm tall, dunno if that fits PS4 or not?

The model pictured is deceiving, it's actually a stock photo of the 500gb/1tb version, which is the slimmer version.

Nice enough looking drive from stock photo (particularly the silver), but when you see how bloated and fat looking the 2tb model is you won't be so impressed.

Don't need this but just thought I'd ask, have you checked its not one of those portable drives that is soldered to the usb motherboard?

it's not bloated or fat at all I got one yesterday, that picture is either a different model or something is up with.the camera because mine is nowhere near as big as the one shown in the review above

Any difference to this one? (Except the colour)
